Industry Visit Report -2017 and 2018 Location : Kullu Manali Shimla Organized By : I.C.S College of Arts Commerce and Science No of Students : 50 Staff : 5
Introduction ICS College of Arts Commerce and Science organized Industrial Visit every year. Moto of industry visit is to enhance student knowledge and Improve student s overall performance. For that we organize the industry visit. This year we organized industrial visit to Kullu Manali and Shimla for last year students of Information Technology, Computer Science and Bachelor of Management Studies. Get Set.. Before one day our Coordinator Mr. Sachin S. Bhosale conducted meeting of all trip members. He informed students
the rules and regulations regarding trip. He gave consent letter to the students and detail schedule of Industry Visit. He asked to carry required things, medicine etc. He created group of student and assign one faculty to each group. After meeting all students went to home for tomorrows dream journey. Journey Starts.(8 th Feb 2018) As per schedule all students were gather at Khed Railway station at 4 pm. All students were excited for the Upcoming journey. We have to travel from khed to Mumbai CST by Mandvi express. It s 6 hour journey but student were enjoyed lot in this session. We reached to CST at 10.30 pm. Our next train is Amritsar express towards Ambala Cant at 11:30 pm. Its 33 hour
journey from Mumbai to Ambala Cant. It was a long and hectic journey but student were pass their time by playing games, celebrating birthday and watching movies. Finally we reached at Ambala Cant Junction on 10 th Feburary. 3 rd Day of Journey (10 th Feb 2018) From Ambala Cant junction we went to a spacious hotel named as Hotel Clarionr Inn. It s a four star hotel.there we had beautiful lunch and catch some beautiful pics. In hotel Our coordinator met with Hotel Manager and discuss about their experience and the new techniques that they implemented in their hotel.
After delicious and heavy lunch we traveled towards Shimla. Shimla was 125 km away from ambala. Approximate 6 hour journey. We started our journey. In middle of journey we went for river rafting. We made the great memories. Finally we reached Shimla at 9 PM and checked in the hotel Himdev. We were very tired and went to room for rest and stayed overnight. 4 th Day of Journey (11 th Feb 2018) In the next morning on the 11 th February at 9:00 am we had our breakfast and then we left for the Kufri Excursion which was very beautiful part of entire trip. We drived to Kurfi which is one of the best holiday paradise. Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2622 meter. This place is tourist spot for
the awesome nature sceneries, sport Activities, Adventure and fun fair and beautiful view of mountain ranges of Himalaya which brings peace heart and mind. We reached kufri at 12 PM. Thereafter we have to hire some cabs and move towards Kurfi mountain.after that we had to climb the mountain by Horse which was very scary, funny and awesome moment. At Kurfi we did adventures of rope way and climbing, The greatfall, The great Ladder climbing, The spider wall and many more. There were many such more points which we had seen by Telescope. There were fun fair activities, the food court which contained Allo Chat, Maggi and Tea. There were shopping market were we find beautiful warm clothes, caps, Winter wear. We spent our entire day at Kufri and then moved to hotel Himdev at 8.00 PM. Hotel was organized DJ Party for us. At 9:00 PM. Dj started and enjoyed that very much. After that we had our dinner and went for rest.
5 th Day of Journey (12 th Feb 2018) The morning itself brought a surprise for us. There was a snowfall blooming outside. It gave us lot of pleasure. The very best part only lucky ones get the chance to experience it. We did our breakfast and move towards Manali. It was almost 12 hours journey via kullu. Travelling was quite boring but we made it memorable by playing games and watching beautiful mountain snowy forest on the way. We also went in a market for shopping. During journey we got to see beautiful river sight as well as temple. Finally Reached Sandhya Hotel Resort and Spa. Where there was ice on road. What a beautiful hotel it was!! We had
dinner and cut the cake. We stayed overnight and had rest. Hotel was super awesome with beautiful scenario. 6 th Day of Journey (13 th Feb 2018) We got ready in the morning and went to solang valley after breakfast. I cant stop resummarizing the beautiful views of manali.we enjoyed so much by playing with ice,we made snow mans,went for the adventures which include ice skating,bike riding,tube sliding etc. Then we left solan valley at 2 pm reached Hotel Sandhya at 3pm had lunch and finally left for chandigarh at 4:30pm.overnight we were in the bus had dinner in between and reached chandigarh at 3am.
7 th Day of Journey (14 th Feb 2018) on 14 th feb we went to the hotel clarion Inn freshen up had breakfast and left to the chandigarh Railway station.here our tour ends which was unforgettable. We went on platform at 11 am and got train at 11:20 the Paschim Express and reached Mumbai on the next day i.e 15 th feb at 12pm on Dahanu road from there by the local train we went to the vasai road at 4pm and from there we catch HAPPA madgaon express from vasai to khed.in khed we reached at 10pm and here our trip ended successfully which created lots of unforgettable memories with joys and lessons.
