WHEELS UP TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS WILL MAXIMIZE THE USER EXPERIENCE WHILE REDUCING THE OVERALL COST OF FLYING RESERVE HITCH SPLIT FLASH PRIVATE SHUTTLE Members can request and confirm a flight. Features include: Flight tracking Custom catering Ground transportation Members can post an itinerary so that other members may join thereby, potentially reducing the cost of the posting Member s flight. Club Members will have the ability to negotiate access to available seats and payment on a per seat basis. Members can post their desire to share the cost of a flight on a pro-rata basis (not per seat) and jointly contact Wheels Up to arrange the flight on their behalves. Utilizes the crowd sourcing model. When a set amount of members request a flight, Wheels Up is contacted to arrange the flight on their behalf.
