Booking File - Sections Passenger Details: All the passenger information For each passenger, users can add Last name and First name (both mandatory), the Passenger Type Code (PTC) Name and date of birth are mandatory for infants All passengers are identified by an orange square with a number = References to passengers in other sections Action links: Add / Update: to open the popup where the information about passengers can be added/edited Split PNR: available only if at least two passengers are present Add Profile: allows importing of all the information contained in a profile to the Booking File Itinerary: Whenever a segment is booked, it is added to the Itinerary section Displayed in chronological order with a section-specific numbering Numbering is still under development and for the time being, flight segments are numbered before the others Supported segment types are Air, Car, Hotel, and Miscellaneous (used for Integrated Partners). All other segments cannot be displayed at the moment Action links: Cancel link can be used to remove a segment Air pricing: shortcut to the pricing flow of the Air booking tool Cancel all: to cancel all segments. Availability & Schedule search page The availability and Schedule search page enable the Travel agent to display a list of available and/or scheduled flights for up to 16 city pairs on given dates. The Travel Agent can specify additional information to have more accurate recommendations: Departure time, up to 3 airline codes, 1 cabin, 1 class, 1 connection point and whether stops are authorized Additional feature will finally facilitate the selection of the flights in the recommendation page: 7 day search, number of seat required and Sort by Neutral, Arrival, Departure and Elapse time 50
Availability & Schedule result The availability and Schedule result page enable the Travel agent to check the flights available and the number of seats available per class. For the Schedule search additional, the classes on waitlist or closed are displayed. The Travel Agent can access several information to select the flights: Carrier, flight number, booking classes, departure and arrival city/airports, arrival and departure time, number of stops, equipment and duration of the flight. Display previous or next day flights Pulling: first set of flights quickly displayed and then more flights can be added (View The Remaining Flights) 51

At the moment, you need to add "&OCTX=SKL" at the end of the url to go in skilling Regarding the login, it is a separate database for LSS in Skilling, but with the same username. The first time users wish to connect to the Skilling environment, they will need to use the Forgot your password feature to renew their password in the Skilling LSS database. 67
