Welcome 2.1 Welcome to WeGo Airways Virtual - launched early 2015. We are a friendly virtual airline that offers a TeamSpeak to hang out on to chat about absolutely anything. 2.2 We offer over 60,000 virtual routes to our virtual pilots. We have constructed our schedule system so that our destinations covered have top quality payware available from the likes of Aerosoft and Sim Market, but also destinations that have excellent freeware airports. 2.3 We are a three-tier airline; The Charter/Main airline; with Regional, European, and worldwide schedules to most of the popular and challenging destinations. WeGo Airways is split into 2 counterparts. One side of WeGo is a Charter based airline that flies to many different destinations on a daily contract list. The other side is permanent 7 day a week schedules that the WeGo World airlines (Real World Airlines) do not fly to. The main WeGo airline has many aircraft within the fleet from the big birds (B747-400), the smaller birds (Cessna Citations), to the really-small birds (Piper PA34, Cessna Caravans etc). WeGo also has a virtual contract to deliver aircraft to all the major airlines around the world, and many flying schools. For example, you can deliver a brand-new Boeing 737-800 from Seattle to Stansted for Ryanair, or deliver a used Cessna 172 from Coventry to Italy for a flying school. The Cargo Division; flying to many destinations around the world. Our cargo schedules are set up for short haul and long haul flights on a 24 hour, 7 days a week scheduled operations. WeGo World; Some real world airlines are affiliated with either Oneworld, Star Alliance, SkyTeam or their own branded affiliation. WeGo World is a virtual alliance linked to WeGo Airways to link many real world airlines to WeGo. WeGo has over 55 real world airlines linked to WeGo World. CLICK HERE - TO SEE AIRLINES AFFILIATED WITH WEGO WORLD 3 Our Mission 3.1 WeGo Airways Virtual's mission is to be the virtual airline everyone is talking about. We offer a wide range of aircraft to fly, big and small, from Cessna 172's to the big bertha A380 to fly in the virtual world of flight simulation. We want to try and offer many different types of aircraft to fly to popular and challenging destinations all under one roof. Come and Join us - you won't be disappointed. Our also system supports X-Plane and Prepar3D. 5.1.3 MUST have a legal copy of FS2004 or FSX, X-plane & Prepar3D. Also a legal copy of any add-on for your respective simulator. No support will be given if we find out that any of your software is illegal. 5.1.4 The applicant must be 14 years of age or over on date of application. 5.1.5 The applicant must submit their real age. 5.1.6 The applicant must submit their real identity. 5.1.7 The applicant can either supply a VATSIM/IVAO ID, or a previous Virtual Airline Logbook screenshot to verify your identity. Please email us if you have any difficulties that affect your application. 5.1.8 The applicant must show professionalism and maturity when representing us on VATSIM or IVAO. 5.1.9 Although there can be some harmless banter on our TeamSpeak channels any malicious bullying, threatening or discrimination behaviour will lead to instant dismissal and be banned from the virtual airline. 5.1.10 Minor issues will be dealt with by staff and the pilot in question. We have a two strike system. Gaining 2 strikes will either lead to suspension or dismissal. 5.1.11 Manipulation (i.e. Dual PIREP or cheating of hours) will lead to a suspension of 30days. 5.1.12 Staff Role applications must me 18 years of age or over. Only accept under 18 if we deem you mature enough. 5.1.13 If accepted for a staff role, you are required to cut all roles with other airlines you are with. To become a Chief Pilot, Instructor or Examiner you must purchase the Instructor/Examiner rating in the WeGo Pilot shop prior to applying (Subject to a future role) 5.1.14 The applicant must file their first flight within 7 days of being hired at WeGo 5.1.15 YOU MUST submit a flight every 60 days. If you can't you must apply for Leave of Absence via our Time off System. You have an allocated 90 days leave for each calendar year. Not Submitting a flight, not applying for time off or not contacting us 10 days after the 60 days rule will lead to your dismissal. You may re-apply through the re-apply section of the website, but must use the same email previously signed up with. Your details and flights may be retrievable. If you re-apply more than twice, your application goes to a panel of votes to be accepted or rejected. Re-apply more than three times, your application will more than likely be rejected. 5.1.16 Transfer of hours is welcome here at WeGo. We will only accept the hours if we obtain proof of hours by a valid screen shot(s) or an accessible link to your current logbook(s). Any dead links or no proof of hours will lead to starting at zero hours. All pilots start at Junior First Officer. You must use your pilot reward points to gain a promotion; your transferred hours will help you when you gained the points. W e G o A i r w a y s A P P L I C A T I O N M A N U A L _V3. 1. 2 0 1 7 Page 12

.1.17 In the Real World, all your flying is put into a personal logbook and this is your lifetime experience. So here at WeGo we will accept up to 3 different virtual airline logbooks from previous VA's. Only logbook hours are accepted per applicant, and will NOT accept VATSIM OR IVAO hours. If you are having trouble locating your hours DON'T PANIC, you can add them 3 months after you have joined the WeGo. 5.1.18 Applicants have 5 days to complete registration by coming on to our TeamSpeak or filling out the required questions on the application email. You will receive an email after completing the entrance exam. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL, AS THIS COULD GO THERE. W e G o A i r w a y s A P P L I C A T I O N M A N U A L _V3. 1. 2 0 1 7 Page 13

Staff Members 6.1 WeGo Airways doesn't believe in a big staff system. This can add to conflicting complications. This doesn't mean we will never look for extra staff. So, keep an eye on the latest news page, and WeGo NOTAM s as we may need a new staff member in a specific area in the future. 6.1.1 Our current staff members; NAME: POSITION: EMAIL: RANK EPAULETTE: Danny Barnes CEO & Founder ceo@wegoairwaysva.co.uk Mark Callison Vice CEO & Founder vceo@wegoairwaysva.co.uk George Jones Webmaster & Founder webmaster@wegoairwaysva.co.uk VACANT General Manager VACANT Matthew Smith Senior Ops Manager & Founder som@wegoairwaysva.co.uk William Shaw Press Manager press@wegoairwaysva.co.uk W e G o A i r w a y s A P P L I C A T I O N M A N U A L _V3. 1. 2 0 1 7 Page 14

TeamSpeak Policy 7.1 There are just a few rules that we expect from our pilots when using TeamSpeak; 7.1.1 Although there can be some harmless banter on our TeamSpeak channel any malicious bullying, threatening or discriminating behaviour will lead to instant dismissal and be banned from the virtual airline. 7.1.2 TeamSpeak users must sign in with their first name then a space and your pilot call sign. For example you are Joe Bloggs with a Pilot ID of WGA000. So your TeamSpeak nickname will be JOE WGA000. 7.1.3 Anyone with wrong name set will be asked kindly once to change it. Failure to change it will lead to being kicked from the Server. 7.1.4 It is advised to set up a bookmark with our server ID and your nickname THEN; 1. Won't have a risk of wrong name, 2. It's quicker to connect. 7.2 YOU WILL BE GIVEN OUR TEAMSPEAK ADDRESS VIA EMAIL ONCE WE PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION. YOU WILL BE INVITED TO COME ON TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION. W e G o A i r w a y s A P P L I C A T I O N M A N U A L _V3. 1. 2 0 1 7 Page 15

Flight Rules 8.1 Please check the flight rules; 8.1.1 The applicant must file their first flight within 7 days of being hired at WeGo. 8.1.2 Must submit at least one flight every 60 days. 8.1.3 WeGo doesn't believe in being too strict when it comes to needing time away. Let face it this is a hobby and life comes first. If you can't fly then you must apply for Leave of Absence via our Time off System. You have an allocated 90 days leave for each calendar year. Not submitting a flight, not applying for time off or not contacting us before 10 days after the 60 days rule will lead to your dismissal. You may re-apply through the re-apply section of the website, but must use the same email previously signed up with. Your details and flights may be retrievable. If you re-apply more than twice, your application goes to a panel of votes to be accepted or rejected. Re-apply more than three times, your application will more than likely be rejected. 8.1.4 Flights on VATSIM or IVAO must be carried out with "www.wegoairwaysva.co.uk" in the remarks section of your flight plan. This will help WeGo advertise throughout the online flying world. Certain callsigns are required for different airlines with WeGo. 8.1.5 We would like all our pilots to fly on VATSIM or IVAO. But offline flying is totally accepted. 8.1.6 Fuel calculations must be within acceptance of your route. Overloading or full fuel without reason, will lead to PIREP rejection. 8.1.7 All weights MUST be in KGS (Kilograms). If any PIREPS show lbs (Pounds), PIREPS will be rejected as this creates errors to our system. 8.1.8 Pausing your flight sim is accepted. All we ask that if you pause just disconnect from VATSIM or IVAO while paused, as this really annoys the supervisors. Failure to do this could result in you losing your VATSIM or IVAO account. Just some friendly advice - we don't want you to lose that. 8.1.9 Landing rate of -1000 feet per minute may lead to a PIREP rejection. This will be subject to investigation. 8.1.10 All Flights must be in their correct liveries. If a livery is not available then a white, or manufacture livery must be used. Failure to fly in the right colours will lead to your PIREP rejected. 8.1.11 Delivery flights must be done in the airlines livery that you are delivering for. i.e. B737-800 delivery flight from Seattle to Stansted for Ryanair, must be done in Ryanair livery. If a livery is not available, then a manufacture livery must be used. Failure to fly in the right colours will lead to your PIREP rejected. 8.1.12 Dual Logging (Logging one flight with two separate trackers) will have your PIREP rejected 8.1.13 Flights that have multiple legs e.g. WGA001A, WGA001B, WGA001C, must be flown in order. You cannot start on leg B. You must start with A and carry on in order. Failure to do this will result in PIREP rejection. 8.1.14 You must enter a valid route in the WeGoACARS flight tracker. If no route is found, we will assume you have flown a direct route. If you simply forget you can add a comment to your filed PIREP after it's filed via the Pilot Centre page on the website, or email a member of staff. 8.1.15 In the dropdown box of 'Flight Options' on the WeGoACARS tracker you need to select VATSIM, IVAO or OFFLINE if you wish to obtain reward points when flying online. Once PIREP is filed and you forget to select a online type it cannot be changed later. W e G o A i r w a y s A P P L I C A T I O N M A N U A L _V3. 1. 2 0 1 7 Page 16

.1.16 Your rank/experience reward points for flights such as; Flight time, Online flight time, Schedule flight time accuracy will be based and calculated from TAXI TO RUNWAY to ARRIVAL TIME. (See 11.6 for more info) 8.1.17 Schedule accuracy performance is based on TAXI TO RUNWAY to ARRIVAL TIME. (See 11.6 for more info) 8.1.18 Schedule accuracy is calculated on a period of; arriving up to 1 hour before or up to 15mins after the scheduled flight time will gain you plus points. 30 minutes after a scheduled arrival time will lead to losing points. (See 11.6 for more info) 8.1.19 All route schedules flight times listed are in UTC/ZULU time. 8.1.20 At WeGo Airways, you do not need to fly real world times. You can fly a 06:00am flight at 21:00 at night. All we ask is you try to complete your flight within the scheduled flight time. i.e. EGKK to EDDM in 1hr 35mins. 8.1.21 The WeGoACARS flight tracker calculates your time from the moment you click start. You will gain flight time hours for your logbook and Pilot Pay from this time. In the real world, the average turnaround time is 30-45mins. If there is more that 45mins from start of WeGoACARS to taxi to runway time your PIREP will be rejected. If you run over 45mins either leave a note in the comments box before filing the PIREP or close down WeGoACARS and start it again. WeGoACARS is the only flight tracker we can actually offer your rank experience points based on the information given from its flight log. PLEASE make sure it's the current version. 8.1.22 Only one flight can be bid/booked at a time. This eliminates any pilot mistakes when loading the flight into the WeGoACARS and flying the wrong flight. You can shortlist flights so when you finish one flight, rather than searching for flights again, you can just go to your shortlist and bid/book the flight quickly. 9 WeGo & Online Flying (VATSIM & IVAO) 9.1 Representing WeGo Online; 9.1.1 When flying online using either VATSIM or IVAO you must represent WeGo in a professional, mature fashion. 9.1.2 Any reports of verbal abuse to other pilots or ATC Staff which is reported back to us from VATSIM or IVAO supervisors will lead to suspension or instant dismissal from WeGo. 9.1.3 When filing a flight plan on VATSIM or IVAO, you must put in the remarks section 'www.wegoairwaysva.co.uk' - This will help us advertise throughout the online spectrum and hopefully gain interest from future virtual pilots. 10 WeGo & Online Flying Using VATSIM 10.1 Here are some very important rules to follow when connected to VATSIM. Please take a moment to thoroughly read through them. This lesson serves as a guide, the official rules can be found in the Code of Conduct and User Agreement on the VATSIM website. 10.1.1 In order to not disturb flight operations in any way, pilots on the ground must make sure that they are not on a runway or taxiway before logging on to the VATSIM network. 10.1.2 Before logging on to the VATSIM network, pilots who are in the air need to make sure their Flight Simulator program is not paused, except with permission to do so by a relevant controller. 10.1.3 Pilots need to check regularly whether they are flying through controlled (live staffed) airspace. Pilots shall ideally make contact with ATC before entering controlled airspace, or as soon as possible if a controller logs on while crossing through that controller s airspace. 10.1.4 Not all air traffic controllers or pilots have a voice-program. Pilots need to accept any ATC using text-only communication, and all UNICOM messages are to be transmitted in text. There is no obligation to use voice on VATSIM. 10.1.5 While not being in contact with an air traffic controller, pilots must monitor the UNICOM-frequency 122.800. 10.1.6 Pilots shall not use an active ATC frequency for private conversations. This avoids disturbances for other traffic. Please use private messages for personal communications! 10.1.7 Simulations of emergency situations are not forbidden. However, air traffic controllers have the right to deny the simulation of an emergency and pilots must stop the emergency if requested to do so. If the pilot is unable to stop the emergency, the pilot must log off the network. It is strictly forbidden to simulate real world aviation accidents and tragedies, hijacking situations, or other illegal or criminal operations under any circumstances. 10.1.8 The GUARD-frequency 121.500 must not be used under any circumstance except in the event of an emergency while a pilot is not on an active ATC-frequency. Even in this case GUARD must not be used for anything else but to find an air traffic controller who will contact the pilot in an emergency situation. As soon as the pilot has been contacted by ATC, the frequency must be changed to that of the controller. 10.1.9 Pilots flying inside staffed (live controlled) airspace must not leave the cockpit unattended at any time without authorization. If a pilot needs to leave the flight unattended for a few minutes, the pilot should request the planned absence with the relevant air traffic controller. The beginning and the end of the absence must be announced by the pilot. 10.1.10 Pilots flying outside of staffed (live controlled) airspace are required to log off of the network if it is anticipated that they will be away for more than thirty (30) minutes. If you are found to be unresponsive for more than thirty minutes or become a conflict with other traffic sooner than thirty minutes, you will be subject to immediate removal from the network. Repeat offenders will be subject to suspensions and/or expulsions. One thing to note is that staff is not always required to give you the full thirty minutes. If you fly into controlled airspace and are unresponsive, you can be removed immediately. 10.1.11 Log on to fly or observe, not to chat. Logging on with a non-active callsign is not allowed. Non-active callsigns are defined as callsigns which are unrelated to any pilot, air traffic control position, instructor or designated staff engaging in administrative duties. However, new members are encouraged to observe how things operate on the network. This helps to learn both procedure and phraseology (a fancy word which means how ATC and pilots speak to one another). Keep in mind that legitimate observation to learn will always be encouraged as it is a necessary practice to become comfortable with using and functioning within the VATSIM environment. It is only when you cross the line between legitimate observing and using VATSIM as a chat program that you will be in violation of this rule. 10.1.12 You are not allowed to have more than one connection to the VATSIM network at a time. If you wish to get information about your flight status please use the programs ServInfo or Whazzup. You can find links to them in the VATSIM 104 course. 10.1.13 Pilots flying under the control of a student controller are kindly requested to be patient and fair to this new member of the ATC community! 10.1.14 Generally speaking: respect other individuals on the VATSIM network. This is just a hobby so do not overdrive in terms of realism and seriousness! To keep VATSIM a pleasant place, everyone is kindly requested to respect these rules. They make sense because they guarantee a common base to operate on VATSIM, to keep it free of charge and to make everyone feel comfortable using VATSIM. 11 WeGo & Online Flying Using IVAO 11.1 The mission of IVAO (The International Virtual Aviation Organisation ) is to provide an environment for a realistic Flight and Air Traffic Control simulation via the internet, utilizing IVAN ( International Virtual Aviation Network ) without charging money and available to anyone who agrees with the membership requirements. 11.1.1 The main goals are to provide: A highly realistic simulation experience whilst maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere. Supply the required internet services Information and training in real life procedures for both Pilots and Air Traffic Controllers. 11.1.2 When simulating real world aviation in the IVAO environment, we will avoid, at any price, to simulate or to become involved in real world ethnical, political and religious conflicts and problems. We also will not allow the simulation of any form of aggression or war. IVAO is an entertaining and educational network where every world citizen, without any exception, is welcome to join the fun and pursue there virtual aviation experience. 11.2 General Rules 11.2.1 The use of IVAO and IVAN services is reserved for registered users. 11.2.2 Anyone wishing to join IVAO may register at http://www.ivao.aero to become a normal member. A normal member will receive a user ID and password to connect to the network. 11.2.3 Each individual person is only allowed to have one registered account. 11.2.4 Each organization is allowed to have one registered account subject to regulations. 11.2.5 Membership registration must contain the member's real first and last name. A false user name will result in the account being removed. 11.2.6 To remain as an active member of IVAO, members must logon as a pilot or ATC at least once every three (3) months. Observer connections do not count towards this requirement. Accounts with no activity will be removed after nine (9) months from the date of registration. If a member's account becomes inactive or has been removed, the member may contact the members department and request re-activation. 11.2.7 Upon initial registration, members will be asked to choose a division that they wish to join. A member may request a division transfer at any time, however all transfers are subject of approval by the members prospective division and the Membership Department. 11.2.8 Upon registration, you must provide a valid, working e-mail address to be used for communications about the IVAO network. It is the member's responsibility to make sure that the address on file is valid at all times. 11.2.9 The minimum age for IVAO members is 13 years. 11.3 Pilots - Before Connecting 11.3.1 As a minimum, pilots must be able to take off and land at an airport. 11.3.2 Pilots must be able to comply with basic air traffic control instructions such as being instructed to turn onto a particular heading or being given a level to climb or descend to. 11.3.3 Pilot users must connect only with the approved software and have a basic understanding of how to use it. 11.3.4 Pilot users shall not connect to the network while positioned on a runway or taxiway as this may cause conflicts with other aircraft. 11.3.5 Pilot callsigns should be either three letters (ICAO) with numbers/letters to represent Commercial Carriers, e.g. NWA1014 Northwest Airlines Flight 1014 or represent a typical country registration, e.g. Germany DAAYA, where the - is not used. In the case of a military flight, callsigns are country specific and the country military callsigns should be consulted. For more information on typical callsigns by country, please go to this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/aircraft_registration. 11.4 Pilots - Connecting 11.4.1 For the enjoyment of all members, it is strongly recommended that you connect as a pilot user only if you intend to complete your entire flight. Exceptions are given to long haul flights where a pilot user may chose to only complete a portion of a flight and return later to complete the remaining portion. In this case, pilot users are encouraged to disconnect and reconnect while over the ocean where the possibility of a conflict is minimal. This rule does not apply to any tour which has its own rules. 11.4.2 If disconnecting during a flight to connect at a later time (as described in 6.2.1), the user should check to see if any ATC is online in the vicinity. If ATC is online, the user should inform the controller the position they wish to connect in before doing so. W e G o A i r w a y s A P P L I C A T I O N M A N U A L _V3. 1. 2 0 1 7 Page 21

.5 Pilots - Online 11.5.1 Pilot users must have transponder activated whilst in the air. 11.5.2 Prior to each flight, all pilot users are required to file a flight plan through the approved pilot software. 11.5.3 If you are a new or inexperienced user, it is recommended that you place a remark indicating this in your flight plan so air traffic controllers know to provide you with extra assistance if required. 11.5.4 In areas without air traffic control, pilot users must monitor UNICOM 122.800 on their communications radio. 11.5.5 In areas without air traffic control, pilot users should check for air traffic control on a regular basis and contact the appropriate air traffic control station when requested to do so. 11.5.6 Never use the Emergency (also known as GUARD) frequency of 121.500 for anything other than an emergency situation. 11.5.7 Pilots should always readback and follow ATC instructions unless doing so could endanger the operation of the aircraft. 11.5.8 Simulation of a radio failure (i.e. squawking 7600) is not cause to ignore ATC instructions in case of a conflict or requests from supervisors. 11.5.9 All flights must be flown in real time (1x sim rate, no acceleration allowed) 11.6 Pilots - Special Operations 11.6.1 Coast Guard operations, search and rescue missions, and military aircraft are examples of Special Operations. As Special Operations are a part of real-world aviation, they are also a part of the simulation, however, certain aspects of special operations are prohibited on the network including simulation of terrorism and acts of war. Although armed conflicts do exist in the real-world, we do not allow the simulation of any form of aggression or violence on the network. For further information regaring our policy, please see the rules and regulations for the special operations. https://www.ivao.aero/viewdocument.aspx?path=/rules:network 11.6.2 Read the Special Operations Rules and Regulations at https://www.ivao.aero/viewdocument.aspx?path=/rules:network W e G o A i r w a y s A P P L I C A T I O N M A N U A L _V3. 1. 2 0 1 7 Page 22
