Accommodation To learn more about the hotels, please access the first link underneath the address of the hotel. In order to reserve your room, click on the second URL that takes you to a special site for LIDC participants or to a downloadable pdf booking from. Please make sure to submit your room request in time, as early October is high season in Budapest, hotels get fully booked soon. Hotel bookings are made directly with the hotels and reservations are made on a firstcome first-served basis. Please make sure to submit your room request prior the reservation deadline of the hotels. Reservations received after these dates will be made upon availability. The room rates are stated per room, per night. They are inclusive of buffet breakfast and the currently applicable taxes (18% VAT and 4% City tax). The taxes are subject to government change without prior notification. Any increase in taxes by government will be charged by the hotels. Please note that all charges will be applied in the local currency of Hungarian Forint at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Hungary or contracted banks of the hotels usually on the day of arrival.
