DAY 2: CHIANG RAI - HUAY XAI - MEKONG CRUISE After breakfast this morning, you'll drive on to the border town of Huay Xai, on the banks of the River Mekong. From here you will then cross into Laos and board your shared riverboat for the relaxing two day journey down to Luang Prabang. A real highlight of your adventure, the riverboat journey provides a perfect way to enjoy the timeless landscapes and fascinating village communities that line the banks of this iconic river. (B,L) DAY 4: LUANG PRABANG A morning tour of this architectural treasure includes a visit to the King's Palace and the National Museum.
