1/ Services Pitches rental We provide you with an empty site of 100 m² with electricity, water and drainage. Welcoming up to 10 people, you could install your tent, caravan or camping van. Pitches are available from midday on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12.00 on the day of departure. Any overstaying will result in being charged an additional day. The package includes : free access to the sanitary facilities, the lake, reception, the games areas and entertainment (offered in July and August). Supplements : additional vehicle, animal, storage, additional people will be subject of a daily supplement. Accommodation rental Rental seasons definition : Please refer to the price lists. Rental periods and duration : weekly rentals or by 2 nights outside the months of July and August. In High Season, accommodations are rented week to week, from Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday to Wednesday (yurts, Fun tents and Mobile homes). The package includes : accommodation rental, extra charges (water, gas, and electricity), access to the reception, the lake, the games areas and entertainment (offered in July and August). The package does not include : bed linen. Supplements : You have the possibility to rent a micro wave, sheets or cots (depending on availability. Must be booked in advance). Rentals are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure. Any overstaying will result in being charged an additional day. Guarantee deposit : A refundable breakage and cash deposit of 230 is payable on arrival. Any breakage will be charged as shown on the inventory list provided in each accommodation or as estimated to repair. The customer must do the cleaning. The accommodation must be returned in perfect condition. In the contrary case, cleaning service is available for 75. General rental terms Booking any stays involves full acceptance of the sales terms by the contracting parties 2/ Payment of the stay Bookings become permanent after confirmation of our services, after reception of your booking by Internet, phone or by post and after reception of the deposit (30 % of deposit + administration charge). Confirmation is then sent by mail or by post. Pitches : the balance of the stay has to be paid on the evening before the departure. Accommodation : the balance of your holiday cost is due for payment 1 month prior to the start date of your holiday. After that date, your reservation may be cancelled without notice and deposit not refunded. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Modification of the stay: possibilities of modifications under reserve of availabilities. Modes of payment Cheques (made payable to S.A.G.A), holidays cheques, cash, credit card or bank transfer (Caisse d Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charente 7 rue Victor Hugo 86000 POITIERS. IBAN FR76 1333 5004 0108 8907 2475 410, BIC CEPAFRPP 333). Please mention your booking reference on the order of the transfer. Late arrivals / early departures Customers not arriving within 24 hours of the confirmed start date of the holiday, or the advised date of arrival, will have the reservation cancelled without refund of payment. Cancellation policy More than 120 days prior to the scheduled arrival date : the deposit is returned. Between 30 days and 120 days prior to the arrival date : the deposit and the booking fees are retained and treated as payment of cancellation costs. Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, or in the event of no-arrival at the campsite : the full rental amount becomes payable. Insurance and guarantee cancellation The Lake of Saint Cyr refuses to accept responsibility for loss or the damaged articles and cars. At your arrival, you have to show your insurance (civil liability, car insurance). You may take out optional insurance against cancellation at the same time as you make your booking. This takes into consideration the refunding of amounts paid by the client for bookings, barring administrative costs and insurance. Application conditions : refunds will be made, upon proof of the reasons for your cancellation, in the following cases : Accident on the journey to the campsite, hospitalization or decease of the insured party, his/her spouse/partner or direct descendant. Redundancy of the insured or their spouse or partner arising after booking. Serious incidents requiring the presence of the insured on the departure day, due to theft, fire or a natural disaster directly affecting the insured s property. Cancellation insurance shall cease to come into effect as of the scheduled date of arrival according to the contract and shall not take effect during the stay. In any case, it is up to the client to take out insurance for civil liability and in the case of theft, fire, bad weather, injury or damage that may be incurred by clients or their property during their stays. The campsite declines all liability should these legal requirements not be respected. Camping rules All of our tenants are obliged to respect the internal regulations of the campsite.
