If you are arriving via the RER C exit walk with your back to the river past the Air France building towards the park. The first main road is Rue de L'Université. From the Eiffel Tower (7 minutes) Walk through the Champ de Mars park away from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine river. About 200 yards from the Tower you'll come to a street that transects the park and has a fountain in the middle of the street. Turn right and walk to the large intersection with Avenue de Suffren. Turn left onto Avenue de Suffren and walk two blocks and then turn right onto rue des Presles. Walk past the Cuban embassy and turn right onto rue Edgar Faure. From the Métro station La Motte-Picquet Grenelle (lines 6, 8, 10) (4 minutes) All but one of the exits from this Métro station are at the intersection of the streets Avenue de la Motte-Picquet and Blvd. de Grenelle. There is a McDonald's and a Monoprix grocery store in this intersection. Find the café named "Bouquet de Grenelle" and walk against traffic on the small street, rue de Pondichéry, that runs along the side of the café. Turn right onto the third street (actually count them), just at the back corner of the small park (the street sign will say Place Dupleix) and walk 50 yards. Turn left onto rue Edgar Faure. This is an elevated station and you must descend to street level to exit the station. At the bottom of the stairs take the exit to the right and you'll find yourself at an intersection Cross the intersection onto rue Humblot and walk to the far end of the street (about 200 yards). Turn left along the side of the park and walk 50 yards. Turn left on rue Edgar Faure. Payment & Ticketing Conditions: Rail Plus issues an e-voucher which can then be handed to the Tour Guide. Meeting points are different for each tour. The meeting point, date and time will be printed on your voucher. We require full payment within 7 days of confirmation. For bookings made within 14 days, full payment is required prior to confirmation. Amendments can be made 14 or more days prior to the tours departure date, fees apply. We also recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover (as a minimum) the costs incurred if you cancel your trip.
