CASE STUDY FEB-MAY 2013 SPANISH INCENTIVE GROUP THE CHALLENGE To organise 3 incentive programs for 1500 top achievers from the insurance, automotive and fuel distribution sectors in just 4 months! Each program varied in group size from 60-1500 guests, whose expectations were high! THE RESULT Guests were rewarded with the diversity of the outback during a trip to the magic of Uluru (Ayers Rock) including a private sunset dinner and all touring at Uluru. In Sydney, guests were treated to a Gala Dinner on Fort Denison and in Port Douglas, helicopter flights to the Great Barrier Reef. For the larger group, a private event at Sydney Opera House was on the their most memorable events. Arinex Events provided Spanish speaking staff, managed accommodation, transportation, evening events and all touring.
CASE STUDY FEB-MAY 2013 SPANISH INCENTIVE GROUP I was ecstatic with the team that looked after our group. CASE STUDY MARCH 2014 USA INCENTIVE GROUP THE CHALLENGE Arinex worked in partnership with an America Incentive House to produce a 5 day luxury incentive for 120 executives and their partners in Sydney. Guests were from the Midwest and although very well-travelled they were looking to experience the warmth and friendliness Australian s are famous for. THE RESULT With a private petting zoo of koalas, wallabies and wombats to greet guests on their arrival night along with a performance from a local Didgeridoo player. A finely tuned Sailing Regatta which included 12 sailing boats was a highlight. Three evening events were produced including a Formal Black & White event at Sydney Town Hall; exclusive use of IVY and a memorable final night at Sydney Opera House Marquee with a wonderful performance from The Three Waiters.

CASE STUDY NOVEMBER 2014 BRAZILIAN INCENTIVE GROUP THE CHALLENGE With only 10 months to plan, Arinex DMC were challenged to produce a high end VIP experience for 100 Sales Executives who had been everywhere, done everything and expected only the very best service and experiences. THE RESULT Working in partnership with a Brazilian Incentive House Arinex delivered an incentive that surprised and excited guests. We produced a 6 day program that included buyouts of famous Sydney restaurants, attendance at a Rolling Stones Concert, private visit to the Great Barrier Reef, a beach party on One&Only Hayman Island and tickets to the Ballet at Sydney Opera House. One of the highlights was the Gala Awards night at Sydney Town Hall. After the formalities concluded the drapes were dropped to reveal a nightclub with live music to finish off a fabulous event.

CASE STUDY MARCH 2015 USA INCENTIVE GROUP- NEW ZEALAND THE CHALLENGE Reward top customers of a large US Manufacturing Company with a trip to Australia and New Zealand and to view the Volvo Round the World Yacht Race in Auckland. Although a small group of 30 guests, each were owners or CEO s of their own companies with high expectations for the trip. Produce the ultimate incentive; 2 countries in 7 days! THE RESULT The program s highlights included sailing on Sydney Harbor, dining in some of Sydney s top restaurants, a cruise on Waitemata Harbour in Auckland, and meeting the Volvo race team sponsored by the company. A day was spent on Waiheke Island tasting wines from local Vineyards and finishing with a private dinner at Stonyridge Winery. Working with Arinex in both countries made the planning and execution of the program seamless for our US based client who delighted with the outcomes. The final evening was an elegant affair held at the luxury Kelliher Homestead in Auckland.
