AATTV 50 th REUNION 27 th 29 th July 2012 BRISBANE QLD Registration Form If you are attending one or more events scheduled over the period of the reunion, and are accompanied by a person or persons over the age of eighteen years you will be required to pay a registration fee of $20.00 per person as well as the nominal deposit for each event. Example 1: If you wish to attend the Civic Reception only you will be required to pay the $20 registration fee and the $5 Civic Reception Deposit, a total of $25. Example 2: If you wished to attend all events you would pay the $20 plus the deposit fee associated with each event. Please use this form if you wish to register by post / fax or e-mail. If you wish to register online please visit our online booking system by going to the official AATTV website www.aattv.iinet.net.au. If you are registering by register by post / fax or e-mail, please list your name and your guests names in the space provided on the attached Registration for Events section at Annex A. Please be aware that the registration fee will entitle you and your guests to a number of gifts and mementos of the occasion of the 50th birthday and reunion. These items will be made available for you and your guest/guests at the first event you attend. There are four major events scheduled during the period of the Reunion. Payment for Attendance at Events You will be required to pay for your guests and your own attendance at each event in the form of two payments, the first being a Deposit payment to be made by the 31st March 2012 and the second as a Final payment to be paid by the 30th June 2012. Deposit Payments Details of Deposit payments are shown at Annex B to this newsletter. Final Payment You will be advised of the final payment you have to make in a separate newsletter which will be issued in April / May 2012. Refunds If for some reason or another you have to cancel your attendance at any of the events for the reunion, any payments you have made will be refunded provided you inform us up to and including Friday 20th July 2012. No refunds after this date. Arrival in Brisbane Interstate, Country and Overseas visitors arriving by plane are reminded that it is their own responsibility to get themselves to the place of their accommodation on arrival in Brisbane. You can travel to your accommodation either by taxi or Airtrain. Taxi ranks are conveniently located at both the International and Domestic Terminal. At the Domestic Terminal, the taxi rank can be found in front of the terminal. At the International Terminal, the taxi rank is located at the northern end of Arrivals on Level Two. You can also travel to the city per means of Airtrain. This gives you stops at, Central Station, Roma Street and South Brisbane. So there's a station near your destination, no matter where that is. Accommodation All those attending the reunion are requested to complete details of their address during the period of the reunion as shown at Annex A. 2

Transport Transport will be provided as follows; Civic Reception. Transport will be provided for a. All those staying at the recommended hotels in the CBD and on South Bank b. All others requiring transport to the Civic Reception are advised that the only pickup point will be at South Brisbane Railway Station. Memorial Service Land Warfare Centre Canungra a. All those staying at the recommended hotels in the CBD and on South Bank b. All others requiring transport to the Memorial Service and Garden Luncheon are advised that the only pick up point will be South Brisbane Railway Station 50 TH Anniversary & Team Birthday Dinner a.. All those staying at recommended hotels in the CBD ONLY NB. Those staying at the recommended hotels on South Bank are advised that the Brisbane Entertainment and Convention Centre is within a stones throw of their accommodation and is an easy walk. All others attending this function should either use private vehicles where ample parking is available under the Brisbane Entertainment and Convention Centre or travel by train to the SOUTH BANK RAILWAY STATION which also is within easy walking distance of the Brisbane Entertainment and Convention Centre. Brisbane River Cruise All those staying at the recommended hotels in the CBD and on South Bank. All others requiring transport to the Brisbane River Cruise are advised that the only pickup point will be at South Brisbane Railway Station PICK UP TIMES WILL BE ADVISED IN A FUTURE NEWSLETTER NB. Those making their own way by private vehicle to the Memorial Service and Luncheon at Land Warfare Centre Canungra are advised that entry to the base can only be approved under certain conditions. Additionally you and your guests will be required to produce photographic identification (preferably in the form of a driver s license) Children simply have to be vouched for. You are also reminded that there is NO PARKING along the road leading to the Grove or in the vicinity of the GROVE itself. Those entering the base in private vehicles will be directed to a parking area at the base and a ferry service will operate between the parking area and the Grove. DO NOT PARK IN ANY AREA OTHER THAN THOSE DESIGNATED. 3
