Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. To serve is first to love. It all started in 1931 when a long-sought dream became reality and Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. opened the doors of Harry s Bar. In a discreet stone building perched along a canal just off Piazza San Marco in Venice, he created a timeless and impeccably appointed establishment. His concept was to serve others as you would want to be served yourself. His vision of simple luxury came to touch the souls of people all over the world. At Harry s Bar in Venice, all clients are treated like royalty. Simple elements such as true service and devotion have elevated Harry s to legendary status. Nonetheless, it became a popular destination for royalty, dignitaries and celebrities. It was featured in international media and very quickly word of its impeccable quality and service spread around the world. 9
Arrigo Cipriani with President of Italian Republic, Carlo Azeglio Ciampi Many years later, the son of Giuseppe Sr., Arrigo Cipriani, opened his first restaurant across the ocean, in New York. The location was perfect, with two big windows that opened towards Central Park, dividing Manhattan in two. According to Arrigo, he was excited to show people around the world who had copied the Cipriani name, that names are not what counts. What you have to copy is what is inside. And with the same spirit and passion of his father, in 1985 Arrigo opened Harry Cipriani on 5th Avenue and started the legacy of what has become one of the most recognizable hospitality groups in the world. The secret of Cipriani isn t about what can be seen or touched, but what can be felt and sensed. It is intangible but palpable. It can t be patented, but even after eighty-four years it hasn t been duplicated by others. Four generations of Cipriani have grown a single restaurant into a world renowned hospitality brand still recognized for its distinguished venues and service all over the world. THE FOOD
The concept of the food at Cipriani is easy. Simple Italian food done to perfection. Our chefs come from all over Italy and no matter where they are from, they all use a combination of local ingredients and products imported directly from Italy; everything is made fresh in the kitchen every day including our pastas and famous desserts. The restaurant menu consists of some of our traditional, signature dishes from Harry s Bar in Venice, like the famous baked tagliolini, risotto Primavera, carpaccio alla Cipriani, invented by Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. in Venice in 1950, calves liver alla Veneziana, vanilla crème meringue and many others with an addition of items that change daily. For groups, special events, and parties, we have several set menus available to choose from. They range in price to suit the budget of the event and we also have a drink package including both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. 15
Giuseppe Cipriani Cipriani Yas Island Cipriani Yas Island is the first location in the Middle East and North Africa region and brings with it all the tradition and style of the rich history of Cipriani. It is a 360 person capacity restaurant with a wrap around terrace, three private dining areas, Bellini Lounge, main kitchen, private kitchen, private bar, state of the art sound system and stunning views of Yas Marina and Yas Marina Circuit race track. 19

Sq Ft The Bellini Lounge 97sqm / 1028sq ft - Capacity (Pax) Dinner 50 Cocktail 80 Just as the original Harry s Bar in Venice, the bar at Cipriani Yas Island, called the Bellini lounge, greets you as you enter the restaurant. Guests typically enjoy their first drink with the signature Bellini, a perfect combination of fresh white peach puree and Prosecco, invented by Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. at Harry s Bar in 1948. For events and special occasions there is a place for a DJ and curtains that can close off the area for private functions. Additionally, this is the location of the Yotto Sushi bar, serving the best sections of the fish for sushi, sashimi and tempura. The Bellini Lounge is a great place for cocktail receptions, and small events. 3 25

It has approximately a 60 person seating capacity and tables can be arranged in any configuration including a single banquet table or groups of tables. Sq Ft The Crown Prince Room 46sqm / 487sq ft - Capacity (Pax) Dinner 20 The Crown Prince Room is a fun place for the boys. It is a great private space for enjoying a cigar or reading one of the many books from the library. It can also be used for intimate private events, comfortably seating around 20 people. It is said to be one of the personal favorites of one of the many royal dignitaries who visit Cipriani Yas Island, thus earning its royal name in homage to our honored guests. 3 29
Sq Ft Venetian Room 85sqm / 901sq ft - Capacity (Pax) Cabaret 40 Dinner 55 Cocktail 50 The Venetian Room is a special sectioned area of the restaurant. Sliding wood and glass doors partition the room from the main part of the restaurant. It seats around 60 people and can be made into any dining configuration. It is a great space for parties, and corporate events or presentations. The exterior glass doors can also be opened to give full exposure and private access to the Terrace. 3 31
The Terrace 200sqm / 2120sq ft - Capacity (Pax) Dinner 130 Cocktail 150 The Terrace at Cipriani Yas Island is romantic and majestic. It overlooks the entire Yas Marina with its magnificent yachts and the Yas Marina Circuit. Being perched over the marina water amid the night sky combined with the Cipriani atmosphere, guests often find themselves swept away by this section of the restaurant. The Terrace seats around 130 people and can also be booked for private events. 3 33
