Projects I wholly recommend Cadence Australia as a property development and project management company I have found their attention to detail, rigorous documentation and process management, together with a practical approach to dealing with stakeholders and problem solving to be invaluable. Delivery of projects at both primary and secondary state runs schools throughout Queensland. Examples include Riverview State School ($3M), Richland East State School ($3M), Bald Hills State School ($3.2M), Eagleby State School ($2.6M), Ascot State School ($3M) and Calamvale Community College ($3M). As Project Manager, Cadence Australia was involved with all stages of each project, from concept design to construction and delivery. Cadence Australia s services included procurement of consultants and the contractor, design and scope management, management of the authority approval process, contract administration, commissioning and handover. Refurbishment included extension of the floor plates from 6,200sqm to 13,200sqm over ten levels, 420sqm of new ground floor retail and an additional 101 car spaces. Cadence Australia s further provided milestone parameters to monitor the development plus a watching brief during construction. Vue Apartments Townsville Willows Shopping Centre Townsville Cadence Australia provided design, authority, contract management and industrial services for this 15 luxury unit complex. At the time of engagement the Vue Apartments construction was well advanced. Cadence provided assessment of the authority approval and cost controls and then recommended implementation of substantial adjustments to the D&C processes in place in order to limit their exposure with respect to industrial action, contract overruns in time and expenditure plus non-conformances evident on quality. Redevelopment of a 38,000 m2 shopping centre, including several major retail outlets, 120 specialty shops and cinema complex. Cadence Australia s role included procurement of consultants and the contractor, design and scope management, contract administration, tenancy coordination and commissioning and handover.

Projects Cadence Australia has been one of the leading firms in the delivery of projects under the BER program I believe this is a direct reflection of Cadence Australia s ability to push the boundaries of success and exceed well beyond the expectations of their clients. The completed product set the benchmark for quality on the Austcorp Coomera Development. Cadence Australia s role required a full time site presence applying a high attention to detail as the finishes were completed and accepted. The Department of Education, Training and Employment (DETE) is delivering the Warwick Trade Training Centre project under its $300 million annual capital works program. Cadence Australia s role as project manager consists of development management, from design conception to final completion. Our services include procurement of consultants and contractor, authority approval including ministerial designation, design management, contract administration, commissioning and handover and management of the defects liability period. 180 Queen St and 10 Felix Street Brisbane Brisbane Airport, Lomandra Dr Upgrade & Airside Drainage Brisbane Office refurbishment to 3 floors at 180 Queen Street and refurbishment to ground level cafe at 10 Felix Street. Cadence Australia was responsible for design management, procurement of consultants and contractor, contract administration, commissioning and handover. Scope of works includes the widening and upgrade of an existing 700 metre section of heavily trafficked road into a new configuration and Airside Drainage upgrades comprising of bulk and detail earthworks, acid sulphate soils treatment, critical services protection, culvert and drain upgrades and ground establishment to a low lying tidal area adjacent to movement, manoeuvring and navigational aid areas. The project aims to increase the effective drainage to an area of approximately 45 Hectares and in doing so increase Aviation functions and the ease of regular maintenance.

Our PQC Level 4 rating (leading edge practice in a multi-sectoral global context) means that Cadence Australia can readily contract to the Queensland Government and provide building and development consultancy services. This is the highest rating available in the PQC system Cadence Australia holds a Company Builder s Licence in Queensland. This licence is classed as open and enables us to supervise construction works on all classes of building in Queensland. This licence was issued by the Building Services Authority (BSA) after an independent audit reviewing our track record, history and performance. Pre-qualification is achieved through rigorous assessment of our quality and project management processes, our track record and the skills and experience of our staff.
