Ward, 1. Through the referred circular letter the IH requested the Chairs of the Regional Hydrographic Commissions to provide the update of the IHO S-11, Part data and to consider to use the model of ToR / RoP of International Charting Coordination Working Groups disseminated. 2. First of all, I would like to notice the IH that those subjects were discussed at the last MACHC meeting on November 2009, when the Commission: a) approved to consider the use of the proposed ToR and RoP for its INT Chart and ENC Coordinators; b) decided to nominate razil as INT Chart Coordinator. razil, in consequence, nominate Capt.
