Local roads connect to the which links South Queensferry with Edinburgh (10 miles) and Fife towns including Dunfermline (8 miles), Kirkcaldy (19 miles) and Glenrothes (23 miles). Site Overview Indicative Site Boundary The site is located in the south east corner of South Queensferry, bounded by suburban style developments and Queensferry High School to the north; residential developments and open space to the west; agricultural land to the south; and the Edinburgh/Fife railway line to the east. The site extends to 14.2 hectares (35 acres) and comprises industrial buildings with offices and ancillary structures, including a former sports and social club.
