More time for you to fully explore Hanoi and its cultural and historical treasures: visit the Ethnology Museum, travel back in time and learn about our historical values when visiting the Ngoc Son temple, the Temple of Literature and the Pillar of the One Pillar. Lunch at the restaurant in town. Return to the hotel before leaving to the station. Dinner at the restaurant in town, then transfer to the train station of Hanoi for night train Hanoi - Lao Cai with air-conditioned cabin for 4 people. Overnight on board. DAY 3: LAOCAI BAC HA SAPA (B + L + D) Arrive early morning in Lao Cai, the border city with China (Yunnan). Breakfast at Lao Cai and then depart for Bac Ha by private car on winding paths to visit the Bac Ha market where the local meets every Sundays. Many ethnic groups (Red Dao, Dao Bleus, Black Hmong, Hmong Fleuris) with their beautifully colored suits and loads of jewels come together to sell horses, pigs, rice spirits, fruits, etc. Being a culturally diversed population, they all have their own dialect. Sapa is the legendary city located at a height of 1.500m of altitude, we will stop by the village of the Hmong and Red Dzao Ta Phin, located on the hillside among the verdant meadows and then check in hotel. Dinner at the restaurant in town, overnight at hotel in Sapa. DAY 4: SAPA LAO CAI (B + L + D) Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, trek off the beaten track to the ethnic Day villages and Black Hmong in Lao Chai and Ta Van to discover their cultures and tradition but also the hospitality of their inhabitants. Enjoy the beautiful exotic landscapes along the valley of Muong Hoa, and visit Sapa market where you will get the real touch of the daily life of the local. Lunch at the restaurant in town in Sapa. Return to the hotel for a shower before departure. Then transfer directly to Lao Cai, stop on the way to the border between Lao Cai (Vietnam) and Ha Khau (China). Continue to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Enjoy a sampan cruise through the caves of Tam Coc in the heart of dreamy landscapes where it is known as "Halong Bay on land". Lunch at the restaurant in town. Then discover three caves Tam Coc-Bich Dong and its Pagoda. Back to Ha Noi. In the evening, we introduce you to water puppetry, a form of art performance dated as fas as the 11th century. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi. DAY 7: HANOI HALONG (B + L + D) Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer by private mini bus for Halong Bay (One of 7 New Wonders of Nature). Arrival in Halong and boarding on cruise. Lunch and dinner on board. Cruise on the emerald sea passing through countless mist-shrouded limestone islands. The balance of the junk on waves will put you easily to sleep and take you into the dream! It cannot get any more idyllic than this! Overnight on board, anchored off in middle of the bay. On the way, stop to visit latitude 170 north, along the Ben Hai line, border of Quang Tri province which once temporarily separated the country into two regions, North and South. Stop at Hien Luong Bridge to take souvenir pictures. Continuation to Hue. Arrival in Hue. Light lunch. Arrive in Hue. Check in hotel. We then head to Thien Mu Pagoda (built in 1960 - the symbol of Hue City) by boat along the Perfume River. After that, visit Tomb of Minh Mang. After the visit, it is your time to discover Hue specialities by yourself for dinner.
