DUNEDIN CENTRE The Conference this year is being held at the Dunedin Centre located in the Octagon in the heart of Dunedin. Partner and exhibitor stands will be in the Town Hall which provides around 650 square metres of floor space (see layout below). Morning and afternoon teas, and lunch will be served in this area as well as a Cocktail Function on Friday evening. PACK-IN AND DELIVERY OF GOODS Pack-in is on Thursday 13 September from 9am 4pm. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read the terms and conditions before signing agreement. 1. Sponsorship and exhibition stands are sold and allocated on a first in first served basis in accordance with the date of receipt of application and payment. 2. Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for providing all material they required for the duration of the Conference. 3. Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their equipment before, during and after the Conference. Physiotherapy New Zealand takes no responsibility for the security or the movement of material. Limited storage will be provided to exhibitors on a first in first served basis. 4. Physiotherapy New Zealand and the Dunedin Centre will not be held liable for damage or loss of goods while at the Conference. 5. The sponsors and exhibitors are to ensure their own insurance covers them while at the Conference. 6. Exhibitors need to comply with set up and removal and trading policies. Set up must be completed by no later than 4pm on Thursday 13 September 2018. Stands need to be vacated by 5pm on Sunday 16 September 2018. 7. Entry as an exhibitor does not grant access to the Conference. 8. Physiotherapy New Zealand reserves the right of refusal of any application. PAYMENT CONDITIONS 1. All prices exclude GST. 2. A deposit of 50% of the value of your sponsorship is required with the booking. 3. All payments need to be received within 3 days of application, failure to pay will result in the space being made available for resale. 4. You will be invoiced for the final 50% in July 2018 with payment to be made no later than 17 August 2018. 5. If full payment is not received by 1 September 2018 your booking will be cancelled. Under the cancellation policy, no refunds will be paid. 6. Cancellation prior to 1 July 2018 will incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations after this date will receive no refund. 14
