The supporting conferencing and banqueting suites in and around the grandstand are perfect for seminars and workshops as well as exhibitor parties and awards dinners. A flexible space of 600m 2 on the first floor ideal for additional stands, seminars or workshops. The hire charges are 750 + VAT per setup & breakdown day and 1,500 + VAT per event day. KEMPTON PARK EXHIBITIONS HOW TO FIND US HOW TO FIND US Kempton Park is one of London s closest racecourses, just 16 miles from the city of London. BY CAR We are located on the A308 between Sunbury on Thames and Hampton Court, less than one mile from Junction 1 of the M3 via Junction 12 of the M25. PARKING There is plenty of on-site car parking available for all exhibitions and events at Kempton Park. For electric car users, there are two Polar fast charge points in operation in the main car park. BY TRAIN Kempton Park Racecourse boasts its own train station on-site, Kempton Park, which is situated 200 yards from the North entrance. Trains run every half an hour direct from London Waterloo with the journey time being just 40 minutes. BY AIR We are just 25 minutes from London Heathrow and approximately 45 minutes from Gatwick.
