HOUSING BULLETIN 2013 IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY We are excitedly awaiting your arrival in, for the 97th Annual Supreme Session hosted by Rithmah Temple No. 93 and the twelve Texas Daughters of the Nile Temples. Please join us for a fantastic week of 100 Years of Nile Texas Style. Here is some valuable information to assist you in the registration process. Everyone planning to stay in your room must be registered before your housing request can be processed. All housing requests MUST be made through the Housing Committee. Hotels will not accept your direct reservation. All housing requests must be submitted through on-line registration or on the enclosed form. The forms may be sent by E-mail or by standard mail. Please, no reservations over the phone. EACH REGISTERED ATTENDEE MUST COMPLETE A HOUSING FORM. List all occupants, their registration numbers and their Temple number. Each occupant will receive their own confirmation number, even though they may be sharing a room. However, you must list with whom you are sharing a room or each person will be reserving a SEPARATE hotel room. Debit cards will be accepted by the Gaylord Texan. NOTE: At check-in your debit card will be charged a $50 per day hold (i.e. $50 x number of days). All Individual reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card (and Hotel will charge an attendee's credit card for one night's stay on arrival date.) Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival. The deadline for housing reservations is March 31, 2013. Please be advised that the Housing Committee can only confirm hotel convention rates June 11 through June 23, 2013. Guests may also receive discounts through our campground affiliates Best Parks in America and Good Sam RV Club. Guests will be asked to show proof of membership or affiliation when checking in at the Front Gate. Groups / rallies / reunions with 10 or more reservation units per event will also receive a 15% discount. The Vineyards Campground has a $5 upcharge for all regular weekend (Fri/Sat) RV site reservations. There is a $10 upcharge on the weekends for cabin rentals. During all holiday and advertised special events at the campground, RV sites are $10 per day more; and $15 per day for cabins. The Vineyards Campground Office at the Front Gate is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day. Camp Store hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from October 1 to April 1. Open till 10:00 p.m. Fri/Sat Memorial Day to Labor Day. Rates are subject to change as of January 1 each year.
