Both the FAA and Transport Canada are planning to roll out new runway condition reporting requirements. 1:15pm 3:00pm Tour of Austin-Bergstrom International (Hotel Lobby) Austin-Bergstrom International will provide a tour of the Barbara Jordan Terminal and the Air Operations Area of the airport. The terminal tour will consist of a tour of baggage claim and concourse levels as well as the U.S. Customs and Border Protection facility and the newly constructed CONRAC. The airside tour will consist of a tour of the terminal apron, cargo facilities, FBOs, and the airport s South Terminal. Both tours will discuss current construction activities and the terminal and apron expansion projects. Space on the tour is limited and available on a first registered, first served basis. Those that indicating interest in the tour on their conference registration form will be given priority. Buses will depart the hotel promptly at 1:15 pm. Tours will commence at 1:45 pm and conclude at 2:45 pm. Luggage can be brought on the bus for those departing following the tour.
