TREES OF HOPE Once again, The Peninsula New York will participate in The Peninsula Hotels worldwide charity program Trees of Hope. Hotel guests and visitors are invited to purchase ornaments to adorn the hotel s majestic holiday tree or to cherish at home. In addition, a special Teas of Hope Afternoon Tea will be available in Gotham Lounge as well as a Cocktail of Hope available in Clement, Gotham Lounge and Salon de Ning. A portion of the funds raised will benefit two local charities: Make-A-Wish of Metro New York, an organization that grants the heartfelt wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions and The New York Center for Children, a free clinic dedicated to evaluating and healing victims of child abuse and their families.
