1. Welcome Exhibitors As Conference Chairman, it is my great pleasure to invite you to exhibit at the Graphene Week 2017, held in Athens, Greece on 25-29 September, 2017. The Graphene Week is an annual event, globally recognized as the leading conference devoted to the topic of graphene, attracting 500-800 leading international researchers. It is commissioned by the Graphene Flagship, a 10-year initiative launched in October 2013 and funded by the European Commission. The Graphene Week 2017 in Athens is hosted by the Institute of Chemical Engineering Sciences of the Foundation for Research and Technology (FORTH/ICE-HT). The Graphene Week s focus is on science, technology and emerging applications of graphene, related 2D materials and heterostructures. The scientific programme of the Graphene Week 2017 will address 13 topics on graphene and related materials. Explore the Scientific Programme here. 8. Stand Specifications The exhibition space will only accommodate a limited number of stands. Please book your stand as soon as possible to choose your favourite position. All exhibition stands will be constructed under the below specifications: Construction of booth from aluminium frames, colour silver, H2500mm, stand wall partitions from light grey melamine Fascia from aluminium profile Placement of self-adhesive capital letters with company name and stand number in black colour and white background on front fascia dim 1.00mx0.30m Complete electrical installation 1KW(200V) Spotlights 100W (2 per 6sqm booth, 3 per 9 sqm booth) 1 socket for 1KW Exhibition stand will be confirmed upon receiving the initial deposit (to be followed by payment in full by the date specified). 10
9. Exhibitor Practical Information Exhibit / Display Mounting and Dismantling Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall for set-up of displays and stands, as follows: Dates Mounting/ Dismantling 24 September 2017, Sunday 14:00-21.00 (Mounting) 25 September 2017, Monday 06.30-8:30 (Mounting) 28 September 2017, Thursday 19.00-21.00 (Dismantling) Access to Sessions and Exhibition Access to the Exhibit Hall and Sessions will be granted to the staff of the company who have been registered. Exhibitors will receive one Weekly Conference Pass when purchasing the stand and can buy Exhibitors Daily Pass (no access to sessions) for 190 per day. Badges will be delivered on-site. Registration desk is opened from Sunday, 24 September from 14:00 to 19:00. Exhibitor representatives shall wear badge identification supplied by the event Organiser at all times. Internet Access Full coverage, free-of-charge Stand Specifications Details regarding available extra stand furnishing, flooring, set-up and take-down labour charges, specialised materials handling, freight forwarding services and custom brokerage information will be forwarded by the Exhibition Organiser upon request. Exhibitor s Liability The Exhibitor shall be responsible for all damage to structures, furnishing, etc., which will be caused by their representatives, employees or guests etc. Shipping, Receiving and Storage Exhibitors are responsible for the movement of their material to the Exhibition area, i.e. from the place of origin to Divani Caravel Hotel Congress Venue. Custom clearance, insurance, unloading, storing, and packing of exhibit material is the Exhibitor s responsibility. All shipments should be prepaid and consigned. The Exhibition Organiser will not accept delivery of any goods prior to the move-in day. Note: Exhibitors or exhibit contractors with specialized or dedicated equipment requirements should contact the Exhibition Technical Organiser. Storage Storage of empty boxes and/or equipment will be available for exhibiting companies, near the exhibition area. 11
10. Insurance Exhibitors must carry their own fire, theft, or other insurance to cover all risks. The Organisers and Divani Caravel Hotel will not be responsible for damage to the crated materials, materials improperly or poorly packed, or any concealed damage, nor shall the Organisers or their agents be response. 11.
