BP3 BP7 2017 11th February - 30th June 2017 How to Qualify To earn a single package, achieve the below qualifications. * Leadership level Minimum CUMULATIVE GPV GROWTH from BP3 to BP7 To earn a double package, double your GPV target volume. Attain/Maintain Maximum GPV Growth Minimum Personal Enrolments Cumulative Base Level Just to help clarify Cumulative is the TOTAL amount of GPV over a certain period. For example: New and existing Associates Increase cumulative GPV by 4,000 GPV Reach National Director Leadership level and then maintain it for an additional 1 BP within the incentive period BP 10 11 12 13 1 GPV 7,000 10,000 8,000 10,000 7,000 Total 42,000 Regional Director National Director Executive Director Increase cumulative GPV by 6,000 GPV Increase cumulative GPV by 8,000 GPV Increase cumulative GPV by 15% OR increase GPV by a minimum of 12,000 GPV, whichever is higher Reach National Director Leadership level and then maintain it for an additional 1 BP within the incentive period Maintain National Director Leadership level at least 4 out of 5 BPs within the incentive period Maintain Executive Director Leadership level at least 5 out of 5 BPs within the incentive period To qualify for the Travel Incentive you will need to grow the required GPV (as stated in the brochure/ flyer) cumulatively during the incentive period (BP3 to BP7 2017) That is, if you were (example only): An existing Associate with 42,000 base GPV you will need to grow by 4,000 totaling 46,000 GPV over BP3 to BP7 2017 RD with 42,000 base GPV you will need to grow by 6,000 totaling 48,000 GPV over BP3 to BP7 2017 ND with 42,000 base GPV you will need to grow by 8,000 totaling 50,000 GPV over BP3 to BP7 2017 Presidential Director Increase cumulative GPV by 5% OR increase GPV by a minimum of 18,000 GPV, whichever is higher Maintain Presidential Director Leadership level at least 5 out of 5 BPs within the incentive period 65% from any one leg 10 *Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions of the Incentive Plan for further information.
Key Points The baseline Group Point Volume (GPV) will be the CUMULATIVE GPV from BP10 2016 BP1 2017; Your base leadership is measured at the leadership level you held at the end of BP1 2017; A maximum of 65% of the required growth will be allowed from any one leg; Qualified Presidential Directors cannot count volume from below qualified presidential legs; and Loyalty orders do not contain GPV and therefore will not contribute to your total GPV count; All Personal enrolments must have a 100PV Order generated within the incentive period to participate in the Incentive period. Note: Your enrolment can be in any BP, e.g. 2 enrolments in the first BP, 3 more in the next BP, as long as there is an order with 100PV generated before the end of the incentive.
