INCENTIVE PROGRAM CHILE The perfect destination for incentive travel! Sample Program 2012 Incentive Groups

WHY Latitud90? Latitud90 has over 30 years of experience in the Incoming business, providing a great variety of products, conventional tours, special interest programs, congresses, events, incentive trips, and adventure programs. MICE Programs require a full symphony of services which are well orchestrated for the unique needs of each individual client. This fine tuning and arranging of accommodation, welcome reception, transfers, excursion experiences and unique dinner events, demands a specialized ability that can best be accomplished by working with an experienced local Destination Management Company. This DMC must maintain the highest level of service expected by a meeting planner or an incentive travel manager - from the initial inquiry and proposal through the entire program when we can witness the smiling faces of the guests at their closing banquet. At latitud90 we are aware of the exigent demands to achieve an excellent organizational strategy ensuring the success of your program. We are proud to have a team with knowledgeable and experienced staff, offering a personalized service and taking care of all details. We look back on years of organizing MICE groups from small groups up to incentives and congresses of several thousand participants. We plan to add value to your company bringing to light the diversity and uniqueness of Chile's remotest regions. Through thematic tours suitable for the most demanding company, helping them discover their sense of discovery. Being strongly committed to the environment and a sustainable world, each of our programmes complies with three basic principles: Eco Friendly: to preserve natural resources for future generations and produce a minimum impact on nature. Fair Trade: to use local resources and employ local people under fair conditions, giving dignity to Chile's native inhabitants and creating a genuine contact between the traveller and their cultural surroundings. (Subject to programme requirements and availability). Social Commitment: to contribute 1% of each programme's total price to train local people, generating job opportunities together with the conservation of traditions and cultural identity.

WHY CHILE? A Vast Array of Possibilities CHILE is a country which is easy to fall in love with due to its natural landscapes of notorious, wild beauty and also because Santiago, the capital, which is embedded at the feet of the magnificent Andes mountains, offers all the major attractions of a modern and cosmopolitan city. Be the first to discover one of the last remaining treasures in the world. Differentiate yourself by offering a new and unique destination which is sure to fascinate. Where else in the world can one ski mountain slopes in the morning and sail the ocean in the afternoon? Only Chile offers this incredible variety of activities to be combined in incentive programs full of experiences never to be forgotten; mountain climbing, hiking, trekking, horse riding, appreciation of flora and fauna, rafting and kayaking, sailing and cultural, historical and archaeological tours. Chile has it all. From Santiago, the gateway to this long and thin nation, one can opt for incentive programs: In the Atacama Desert, considered to be the most arid in the world and home to ancestral indigenous cultures, land and sky melt together in an endless line towards a horizon colored in sepia tones. A sky full of stars and land speckled with minerals create impressive and unforgettable landscapes. Easter Island - Rapa Nui - land of Polynesian origin which is located 2350 m from the continent will impress all who visit with its mystical Moai culture, the sensuality of its inhabitants and its unique landscapes. In the South, lakes, wild white water rivers, volcanoes and ancient native forests all form part of this exuberant natural landscape, protected by National Parks that fascinate incentive trip winners. Patagonia leaves visitors in awe of its majestic fiords, ice-fields, glaciers and Antarctic region, with the year-long ice giving life to this magical white backdrop. The diversity of its climates and landscapes, its abrupt geography and its range of delicious cuisine all make Chile a destination in which one can enjoy nature to the full, in its most varied expressions.

Detailed Itinerary: Day 1 3 Arrival /Santiago and Surroundings COMBINATION NORTH Detailed Itinerary: Day 3 Santiago, Calama, San Pedro de Atacama (L/D) Sunset at Moon Valley Meet and greet at the National airport of Calama and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama, an oasis, in the middle of the driest desert in the world. Situated at 2,500 meters above sea level, Atacama is not only the driest, but also the highest desert on earth with an immense extension of land and mystery. Desert and oasis have been agents of repose and of change for the pre- Columbian Andean cultures of South America. The outlandish geography of volcanoes, salt flats and land speckled with minerals create impressive and unforgettable landscapes. Check in and lunch at Kunza Hotel. In the Afternoon we will enjoy a walk in the surreal Moon Valley which is located at an altitude of 2 500 m / 8 250 feet to the south of San Pedro de Atacama and is one of the most spectacular locations in the Salt Mountain Range. Strange rock formations are the result of the combination of wind erosion, rain and extreme temperatures and the landscape is unique. A sun downer cocktail will be set on a cliff for you as you enjoy a magnificent view of the different range of colours and tones on the Andes Mountains. Return to Hotel. Atacama Welcome Dinner: Water offering to the Pachamama The Inkas are very spiritual people whose mystery still astounds onlookers. They ask favors of the land as means of survival like, animals, food, water and shelter. In return to satisfy and replenish the Pachamama, they offer this "Ayni" so the land is always at peace and can remain strong for complete environment sustainability. Before dinner and around the pool we will find ourselves with one of the Inkas rituals, which still remains with in the Andes residents. Dinner and accommodation Kunza Hotel

Day 4 San Pedro de Atacama (B/L/D) Breakfast & lunch at the hotel. The hotel offers daily explorations through Atacama's natural environment. You can join a variety of one full day or two ½ day explorations per day. We recommend the following excursions that best highlight Atacama`s beautiful features. Ayllus Lican-Antai (Ayllus: Family Andean community) Departure from the hotel, located in the Ayllu Yaye. Tour of the Ayllu of Conde Duque. In this ayllu we will visit the San Pedro church, the colorful craft fair and the historic main square. Afterwards, we will continue our journey towards Ayllu Séquitor, where we will do a short tour through this high archaeological area, where we will be able to see vestiges of the former settlements. Continuing the tour, we will visit the Ayllu of Solor, one of the most traditional Ayullus of all times, located on the ecological floor made of oasis and salt, here is where we visit the Church of Solor. Finally, we will go to Ayllu Tulor, where we will hike by the Village of Tulor, one of the most important archaeological sites of San Pedro de Atacama. Return to the hotel for lunch. Chaxas Lagoon Departure from the hotel. In the town of Toconao, we will visit places like the Campanario and shops with hand-crafted products. Finally we head to Chaxas Lagoon where we will explor the cleared trails to observe its varied bird life and finally enjoy a breath taking sunset. Stargazing and cocktail

The clear skies of Atacama are considered the best in the Southern Hemisphere for astronomy and offer exceptional observation of the firmament and celestial bodies. Enjoy a cocktail under these dazzling skies, learn about the constellations of the stars and take the chance to observe different stars, nebulae, clusters and galaxies. Accommodation and dinner at Kunza Hotel Day 5 San Pedro de Atacama (B/L/D) Breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel. Daily Excursion /suggestions Two Beauties and their Guardians: Salar de Tara Departure from the hotel. We will be going in a van to Las Vegas of Quepiaco where the beautiful flora and fauna will greet us. Later, we will visit the Witnesses of the pecans, geomorphological majestic formations shaped like a vertical column that rises in the desert like giant human figures. We will follow the path to the Salar Tara, and doing a short walk, will allow us to observe the rich flora and fauna of the area in its spectacular scenic beauty. Return to the hotel van. Picnic lunch during the excursion. Tatio Geysers The El Tatio geysers are located at a height of 4 300m /14 190 feet. The geothermal field has close links to the volcanic activity in the zone and consists of huge steam columns which reach heights of 12 metres /almost 40 feet. Sulphur odors and pools of boiling water and mud make this place seem like the initiation of life.

Farewell Dinner The 4 Elements : Fire, Water, Earth and Wind For our farewell dinner, we have combined Pachamama`s four essential elements Fire, Water, Earth and Wind as the theme of the night. Together these elements will create a magical event which will take place outside on the hotel terrace. Together with mystic desert music, aspects such as fire torches and warm lighting around the surrounding terrace will be sure to add a spiritual and enchanting mood to our evening. Accommodation at Kunza Hotel COMBINATION SOUTH Detailed Itinerary: Day 3 Santiago/ Punta Arenas / Puerto Bories. Torres del Paine Transfer out Santiago for flight to Punta Arenas.
