Envoy is committed to training our technicians to become fleet-certified, nose to tail and offers many training opportunities both on-the-job and online. Mechanics selected for new hire training will complete two weeks of orientation in our state-ofthe-art Envoy Training Center in Irving, Texas. This classroom training is paid. New hires will then report to their maintenance base for on-the-job training. Compensation Mechanic wages are governed by the contract agreed upon between Envoy and the Transport Workers Union (TWU), and are competitive with other regional airlines.
