Reference Prices Terminal Services 2017/2018 1. INTRODUCTION This document sets out a summary of Viterra s Reference Prices that are payable in respect of the provision of Terminal Services for Bulk for the 2017/18 Service Year. This document (incorporating the Explanatory Notes) is the Reference Prices referred to in: the 2017/18 Terminal Services Agreement for Standard Terminal Services (PTSA); the standard Long Term Terminal Services Agreement (LTA); and the Loading Protocols, each an Agreement and together the Agreements. These Reference Prices other than the booking fee payable in respect of Long Term Capacity (referred to in section 2.2.1), are effective from 1 October 2017 and unless expressed otherwise, apply to Bulk (all seasons) in storage as at that date. All charges are GST exclusive and may be varied by Viterra at any time, and from time to time, in accordance with the Agreements. Unless the context otherwise requires, terms used in the Reference Prices shall have the same meaning as in the Agreements and the Reference Prices shall be interpreted in the same manner as those Agreements. 2. MANDATORY FEES 2.1 Booking Fee 2.1.1 Booking Fee Long Term Capacity (LTC Booking Fee) Capacity booked from 1 Oct 2017 A fee charged in respect of Long Term Capacity (as defined in the Loading Protocols) allocated to the Client in accordance with the Loading Protocols. $5.50 / mt 2.1.2 Booking Fee - all Capacity except Long Term Capacity (FIFS Booking Fee) Capacity booked from 1 Oct 2017 A fee charged on booking acceptance (may include unnamed vessel) under the Loading Protocols. $5.50 / mt

Ezigrain Website means www.ezigrain.com.au. Major Grades means ASW1, APW1, H2. Minor Grades means all wheat that is not designated as a Major Grade. Notional means, in respect of Export Select, the applicable Terminal in a Zone. means price on application. N/A or Not Applicable means, in respect to a particular Service, the Service does not apply to a particular parcel of Bulk.
