ACCOMMODATION The hotel has 173 comfortable, elegant rooms, 145 of which are Superior Rooms, and 28 Suites in the Exclusive Premier Wing (Ala Premier). All rooms come with mini bar, telephone, LCD Pay-Tv, Wi-Fi Internet, hair dryer, safe and air conditioning.

GASTRONOMY Bourbon Curitiba has the city's largest hotel-based gastronomy center. There are three options to please the most demanding palates.
Tom Espaço Gastronômico The comfortable and elegant Tom Espaço Gastronômico serves breakfast and lunch with a wide variety of Brazilian and international cuisine, Chef's recommendation and a Buffet highlighting the array of grilled meats.
Feijoada On Saturdays Tom Espaço Gastronômico serves the traditional Feijoada Bourbon with a full buffet: 69 items, and the Bahia-themed Cantinho da Baiana with its aperitifs, and Bahia's best desserts and live music.
Le Bourbon by Laurent Restaurant The Bourbon Chain and renowned French chef Laurent Suaudeau have joined forces and expertise to suggest a new menu which follows trends in Franco-Italian cuisine, to dispense flavors never before enjoyed in our restaurant.
Kibô Sushi Lobby Bar The restaurant also serves Japanese dishes, a collection of sakes and a Brazilian cachaça (sugarcane rum) menu in the hotel lobby.
