Vendors should confirm the issuance ticket time (in calendar day) for providing the requested items at due location mentioned in this RFQ after receipt of the purchase order. Selection criterion will only be applied to the quotation(s) that are going to meet the required criteria. Annex (C) Selection & Evaluation Criteria The award will be made to a responsible offeror whose offer strictly follows the RFQ instructions, meets the eligibility requirements, and meets or exceeds the minimum required specifications of the assignment, and is judged the technically accepted lowest price and best services offer. Technical Competence presented in the Technical Proposal (100 points) The number of points below indicates the relative importance of each individual criterion: No. 1 Criteria Visa Fee, domestic ticket cost and ticket date change 24 hours prior to the departure date. Max Points 20 15 2 Domestic ticket No show + refund charges. The No show + date change charges should be fixed price. 25 20 Minimum required points Remark 3 International airfare charges.
