TOUR DIRECTORS Entourage s goal is for you to sit back, relax and enjoy your trip! Our professionaltour Directors will keep your group organized, on schedule, and in the loop from the time that you leave the school until the time you return. Let us REMIND you! Participants on the trip can sign up for a text messaging block. Entourage s tour director will send out timeline reminders during the trip to keep us on schedule and in the right places! Parents at home can also sign up to receive messages so they can learn about where the group is, what they are up to each day and receive photos/videos of the group during the trip.
ELIGIBILITY This trip is open to all students enrolled in Bartlett High School Marching Hawks and Choirprograms. Students must be in good standing and meet all the requirements designated by school to be able to travel on this trip. Reservations are accepted first come, first served with a completed on-line registration & deposit payment. Register by September 15, 2017.
CHAPERONE PLAN Pre-selected school staff and parent chaperones will help make this trip a success!! Chaperone responsibilities will include: Monitoring students on board the motorcoach, at attractions, and the hotel. Checking rooms each night to make sure students are settled and ready for the next day. Assisting in any care that is required should a student become ill during the trip. Flexibility, kindness, and a good leadership spirit!
BAGGAGE LIMITATIONS Each person is allowed one MEDIUM-SIZED piece of luggage, a small carry on bag, and their instrument, if applicable. An Entourage Management luggage tag should be attached to each piece of luggage and instrument.
TRANSPORTATION Enjoy comfortable transportation while traveling to, from, and all around Orlando. We ll travel in style aboard deluxe motorcoaches featuring 56-passenger seating, DVD player, Wi-fi (as available), reclining seats, enclosed overhead bins a PA System, 110 V outlets, on-board rest room & friendly drivers! Rest stops and/or meal breaks will be made every 2-3 hours during travel days.

ITINERARY REVIEW Day 2 Monday, March 26, 2018 Included Meals: Breakfast, Dinner Group Buffet Breakfastand a chance to freshen up en route Visit Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida Check into Rosen Plaza Hotel. Room keys will be divided by bus and distributed to each bus leader. Student baggage crews should assist in pulling luggage from each coach. Buses will unload one at a time to eliminate congestion in the hotel lobby and to speed up the process of getting everyone in to their rooms. WHO WILL I ROOM WITH?! Students will be assigned 4 to a room with existing bedding. All chaperones will be assigned to double occupancy rooms, providing the numbers work out evenly. Students will sign up for roommates in December at school. Chaperones will be asked for roommate preferences. If you have any special requests or needs for your student, please note them on the registration form or contact Entourage Management.
A GREAT NIGHT OF SLEEP! The spacious Rosen Plaza Hotel guestrooms feature 2 Double Beds, Free Wi-Fi, a Mini-Refrigerator, Private Bathroom & Vanity area with LED-Lit Mirrors, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Coffee Maker, 32 Remote Control Flat Screen HDTV, Air Conditioning, Electronic Safe, and RFID Locks with Automatic Deadbolt Technology. Students will be assigned 4 to a room when possible. Chaperones will be assigned 2 to a room as long as the numbers work out equally.
WE LL KEEP OUR EYES ON YOU!!! Private Security will be provided at the hotel to monitor the room block from the hours of 11pm 6am (or as appropriate for your schedule.) Security guards will ensure that students remain in their rooms on their appropriate floors, do not disturb other guests with excessive noise and be available to assist them to get help quickly should an emergency occur during the night. Additionally, we will make sure that the room block is arranged so that there are an appropriate number of chaperone rooms on each floor with the students.

YOU RE INSTRUMENTAL WORKSHOP For the Students & Director only Students learn how to get the most out of your rehearsals and learn how to execute a pitch-perfect performance as they hone their sight-reading skills under the guidance of an experienced Disney Teaching Artist. Your group will examine the skills, attitudes and priorities essential to musical excellence and culminate with a very special finale: a recording of your ensemble performing Disney music accompanied by footage from a classic Disney animated film! 2.5 Hour Workshop
DISNEY SINGS WORKSHOP For the Students & Director only Students learn audition skills, vocal techniques, and more under the guidance of a professional Disney vocalist. Your group will examine the skills, attitudes and priorities essential to musical excellence and culminate with a very special finale: a recording of an excerpt from a Disney animated feature film s soundtrack. 2.5 Hour Workshop

DISNEY TICKETS Included in your package is a 4-day Disney Starter ticket. This ticket allows entry to one Disney Theme Park per day. We will schedule the exact parks the group will visit on each day once we have confirmed performance & workshop times. Participants will be able to sign up for Fast Passes 30 days prior to your departure date.
FRIENDS & FAMILY TICKETS Discounted Disney Theme Park tickets area available for Friends & Family that are traveling separately from the group: 3-Day Starter (1 park per day) $235 per person 3-Day Park Hopper $276 per person 4-Day Starter (1 park per day) $274 per person 4-Day Park Hopper $317 per person Tickets are valid March 20 April 5, 2018. Ages 3 to adult.
VALUE ADDED SNACKS & BOTTLED WATER! Take advantage of FREE bottled water & snacks on the motorcoach during your time in Orlando. You can expect to see a variety of chips, cookies, crackers & fruit chews. We try to avoid items with peanuts and take on board allergy concerns seriously. Bottled water will be made available at all performance opportunities as well.
TOUR COST Students $ 1,269.00 per student, based on quad occupancy Students will be assigned to quad occupancy rooms with 2 double beds. Chaperones Pre-selected school staff and parents will be chaperoning this trip. Family Members Families are invited to take advantage of discounted theme park ticket and hotel rates if they d like to travel to Orlando on their own. Discounted rooms at the Rosen Plaza for March 26-30 are available for families at a rate of$159 inclusive per night & must be prepaid by February 9. Space is limited and first come, first served.

You will also want to budget for personal items such as souvenirs, toiletries, and additional snacking at the hotel.
