Telephone (360) 678 8880 Fax (360) 678-8890 E Mail: info@marcon.com http:// 20 December 2006 2006 Sales and Charters To-date in 2006, Marcon International, as shipbrokers, has sold 74 vessels and barges. Sales of several additional vessels and barges are scheduled to close within the next 60 days. Marcon International, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of an ex- German Government pilot vessel for conversion to a private yacht for European clients. The vessel was built in 1961 by Schichau GmBH in Bremen Germany for the West German Government as the "Wi Kapitan Hilgendorf". She was recently sold as the "Kapitan Hilgen" with a recent special survey passed for Germanischer Lloyd's Class. She was in very fine shape for such an older lady. Her main dimensions are 180' x 31.2' x 17' depth of hull. She is powered by three MTU's with 1780BHP in a diesel-electric arrangement. The vessel is fitted with 29 cabins, mess rooms, and public spaces. Marcon International, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the US Flag Twin Screw Tug Jaguar from Mobro Marine, Inc. to P&C Kimberly Poling, LLC. Jaguar was built by Main Iron Works in 1994. She measures 105' LOA x 34' beam x 15' depth. The vessel is powered by two EMD 12-645E2 main engines, producing 3000 total BHP at 900 RPM. Reintjes gears drive two 93" x 91" fixed pitch propellers in kort nozzles producing an estimated 40 tons bollard pull. The vessel is fitted with fully air-conditioned accommodations for 7 crew in 4 cabins. Jaguar will work for her new owners in the US Northeast. Marcon acted as sole broker in the transaction. SeaBird Exploration Ltd. (BVI) has purchased the newbuilding AHTS "Tasneem 2" from Malaysia-based Syarikat Borcos Shipping Sdn Bhd. "Tasneem 2" is a newbuilding anchor handling tug supply vessel, but will be converted into a shallow water 2-D/3-D seismic vessel. The vessel will be renamed "Raven Explorer". SeaBird expects the vessel to be operational for seismic work by the third quarter of 2007, after conversion and lengthening. The vessel was built at PSC Naval Dockyard in Malaysia and delivered during the 3rd quarter of 2006. Original dimensions, prior to lengthening, are 196.8' LOA x 52.48' beam x 18.04' depth with a loaded draft of 15.91'. The vessel is classed by Lloyds Register of Shipping, LRS +OU Offshore Support FiFi 1 +LMC. She is powered by twin CAT 3606 main engines developing a total of 5444BHP at 1000 RPM and 60mt bollard pull through twin controllable pitch propellers. The vessel was handed over in Southeast Asia where she will undergo conversion prior to deployment as a seismic vessel. Marcon represented the buyers in this transaction.

Marcon is pleased to announce the sale of the 4,500DWT ocean deck barge "Ka'ala" from Sause Bros., Portland, OR to Tidal Towing in Port Coquitlam, BC. The barge was built by Zidell of Portland, OR in 1977 (Hull No. 602) and is one of several sisters previously owned by the Seller. Marcon has been involved in the sale of three (3) sisters in this class from this Owner over the past few years. The barge measures 240' x 60' x 16' depth of hull, and has a house forward covering about 1/4 of the total deck area, and a 5' high bin wall and 6" wood wear deck with towing skegs aft The barge is classed ABS +A1 with her 5 yr. special survey having just been passed in Portland, OR prior to delivery. Island Tug and Barge Co. of Seattle WA has sold the US Flag deck barge Lucca (ex-katie II, ex-gc-204, ex-foss 290, ex-itb 211) to Shamrock Materials of Northern CA. The barge was built in 1966 at Albina Eng. & Mach. of Portland, OR. The barge has passed through several US West Coast Owners over the years but was last used in the aggregate trade in the Puget Sound area. The Seller had owned the barge for only a few years but had recently added a new fence and asphalt wear deck. With a deadweight of 2600 Tons at a loaded draft of 11.5 she will continue in aggregate service in the San Francisco Bay area with her new Owner. This makes for about a dozen transactions concluded by Marcon with this Seller but the first with this Buyer. Weeks Marine of Cranford, New Jersey sold their little twin screw tug Laurie (ex- Lillian Rose ) which was laid up out of the water in Houma, Louisiana to local Gulf Coast buyers. The 42 x 13 x 7.7 tug had been built in 1957 in Madisonville, LA and powered by a pair of GM6-71 s with Allison 4.5:1 gears and 42 x38 3-blade bronze props providing a total of 330BHP. New Owners plan to completely rebuild the tug from the hull up. Marcon acted as sole broker in the sale and has sold a number of other vessels and barges for Weeks over the years. Marcon is pleased to report the sale of the decommissioned twin screw, EMD powered ex-noaa Research and Survey Ship McArthur to Stabbert Maritime Yacht and Ship LLC of Seattle. The ship, 175 feet in length, has a draft of 12 feet, a displacement of more than 1,000 tons, a cruising range of 6,600 nautical miles and cruising speed of ten knots. It was constructed by the Norfolk Shipbuilding and Dry-dock Company in Virginia. This vessel was commissioned in December of 1966 and was used by NOAA for more than 35 years to conduct chemical, meteorological and biological sampling for several large scale programs. The majority of the McArthur's work was performed in several National Marine Sanctuaries on the West Coast of the United States. However via an Act of Congressional Legislation the vessel was conveyed to Utrok Atoll, part of the Republic of Marshall Islands, with the intention of extending her life for medical transportation purposes amongst the low lying atolls. After extensive research and analysis, the Local Government of Utrok Atoll decided to sell the vessel in the open market. The vessel will now be extensively refitted. Marcon acted as sole Broker in the transaction.

In another Southeast Asia to Americas sale undertaken by Marcon this year; Elastrade Pte, a subsidiary of Labroy Marine Pte, Singapore has just sold two sister deck barges to private interests on the Americas West Coast. The ABS classed Labroy 243 and Labroy 247 are both 230 x 64ft, 1435 GRT barges, come fitted with 8ft sidewalls and ramps and were both built in P.T. Nanindah Mutiara Shipyard in the earlier part of 2006. The 15ts/m2 deck rated barges will undergo some minor modifications prior to making their Trans-Pacific voyage towards the end of this year. Marcon acted as brokers for the buyers, whilst Amsbach Marine Pte acted as brokers to the sellers. Dahl Tug and Barge of Seattle, WA has sold the single screw tug Ocean Eagle to private US interests. She was built in 1965 as a Navy YTB-825 to ABS specifications by Marinette Marine, of Marinette, WI. She was sold at a US East Coast auction, where she operated for many years, before being brought around the West Coast. Still powered by her original Fairbanks Morse 38D8-1/8, 10 cylinder, 2000 BHP main engine, which turns a 144 x 89 4-blade stainless propeller through a Western (5.6:1) direct reversing gear. Maneuverability is enhanced with a 100 HP bow thruster. Two (2) 60 KW/GM6-71 gensets provide power for six (6) crew members in air conditioned accommodations and a full galley. Marcon has been involved in at least six transactions with the Seller over the years, but this is our first to the Buyer. Marcon acted as sole broker. Marcon International, Inc. is pleased to report the "en-bloc" sale of two ex-us Navy drydock sections "AFDB-2E" and "AFDB-2I" between private interests. Both sections were built at Mare Island Shipyard in California between 1942 and 1944. They each measure 256' x 80' x 27'(depth). Groups of these sections were originally designed and built to be coupled together to drydock large naval vessels at remote locations. Olson Marine, Inc. of Ketchikan, AK has sold its twin screw 800BHP tug 'Wendeanna' to Brice, Inc of Fairbanks, AK. The tug was built in 1952, but recently overhauled in 2006 prior to the sale, and trading in SE Alaska up until the date of hand over. She is an all welded steel twin screw tug of typical inland / limited coastal design with a single push fender on the bow. She was built by The River Lines in Sacramento, California. She measures 65' x 18.7' x 5.8' depth of hull and runs with a loaded draft of about 5'. She is powered by 2 x CUMMINS (N-14M TA) with 800BHP @ 1800 rpm. She has a single drum Lee Bennett towing winch with 1,200' x 1.125" wire capacity. The vessel will be used in the Yukon River, and elsewhere in the Alaskan region in her new Owner's service.

Balboa Marine Leasing, LLC, Irvine, CA has sold its US Flag 4,000BHP twin screw tug "Paula V" (ex Victor J. Guidry ) to US Gulf Coast Buyers on a private and confidential basis. The vessel was idle in So. Louisiana and in a partial state of rebuilding, by her former Owner, after being stricken by a fire in Fall 2001 while being delivered to the US West Coast from the US Gulf. The new Owner intends to complete the rebuild and to re-power the vessel from her original STORK-WERKSPOOR main engines with more modern diesels. The vessel was originally built in 1975 by Avondale SY in Mobile, AL and she was in the process of being rebuilt (after the fire) to her original ABS +A1 Class for hull and machinery. The vessel has a raised focstle bow, and her dimensions are 110' x 32' x 17.5' depth of hull, and she is fitted with a Smatco 55 DTDT-170 double drum towing winch, with 150,000# of line pull. Her fuel capacity is 78,000 gallons and she has quarters for 8 persons. She will be engaged in various general and dedicated towing duties for her new Owner in the US Gulf. Marcon acted as sole broker in this transaction between the Buyer and the Seller. Marcon International is pleased to report the en-bloc sale of four 195' x 35' x 11' inland, open top, hopper barges from Bean Excavation LLC of New Orleans, LA to Riverview Equipment Co. of Petaluma, CA. The US flag barges are all sisters, built at Jeffboat Inc. of Jeffersonville, IN in 1980 and 1981. Each barge has about 2600 cubic yard capacity at about 9.5' of draft. The barges were brought around from the US Gulf a few years ago and used in a federally funded clean up project in Tacoma, WA. The new Owner is expected to promptly tow the barges to San Francisco Bay where they have immediate work awaiting. This is Marcon's third sale to this US Buyer in the last few years. Marcon acted as sole Broker in the transaction. Bean Excavation LLC of New Orleans, LA is pleased to report the sale of a 97' x 35' x 11.2' inland, open top, hopper barge to Fraser River Pile and Dredge Ltd of New Westminster, BC Canada. The barge was built in 1972 at Equitable Shipyard in New Orleans, LA. She has a capacity of about 1100 cubic yards. The barge was brought around from the US GoM a few years ago and used in a clean-up project in Tacoma, WA. The barge is being towed promptly back to the Sellers facility in Canada were she will under go some refurbishment before being used as a containment barge for a project in the Fraser River. This is Marcon's second sale to this Canadian Buyer in the last year and the second sale from the Seller this month. Marcon acted as sole Broker in the transaction. Superport Marine Services Ltd. of Port Hawkesbury, NS has chartered the Research Vessel Strait Signet (ex - Sub Sig II ) to HBE Inc. of Richmond Hill, Ontario. A former Canadian Trawler built at St. John Shipbuilding and Drydock in 1967, she was converted to a research vessel in 1975. She has some limited ice-breaking capability, a stern ramp, 42" moonpool and accommodations for 20 crew and passengers. Previously she acted in the U.S. Navy for geophysical and offshore oceanographic support. Current owner purchased the vessel through Marcon in 2002, and has kept her in regular service in NE Canada ever since. Charterer intends to employ the vessel through the balance of the 2006 Summer off Churchill Manitoba, in Hudson Bay, in support of research, bottom sampling and whales and wildlife studies. Marcon acted as sole broker in the transaction and recently completed a sale of a tug and barge for the Charterer.

HBE Inc. of Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada has sold their 2250 BHP, twin screw tug Hudson Bay Explorer (ex Beaufort Sea Explorer ) en-bloc with the ocean deck barge Pugwash (ex Marmac 6 ), to Peter Kiewit & Sons Canadian division in St. John s, Newfoundland. The vessels have been delivered by the Seller to the Buyer s Marystown, NL location. The tug and barge are both Canadian flagged and have been working on charter in NE Canadian waters for the last few years. The tug was originally built to ABS class in 1971 at Vancouver Shipyard and completely rebuilt, from the hull up, after a fire in 2004. The shallow draft vessel is powered by two CAT 399TA s (2250 BHP) driving fixed pitch propellers in kort nozzles. Towing duties are handled by a Burrard HEA double-drum winch with 47 ton line pull. The associated 250 x 72 x 15 ocean deck barge was originally built in 1982, to ABS +A1 standards, at Delta Services Ind. of Houma, LA. She has a deadweight of 5346 tons and is constructed with two longitudinal and six transverse bulkheads providing a deck strength of about 1500 psf. Marcon acted as sole broker in the transaction. As part of a summer clear out at Tidewater Marine, the world s largest supply ship owner has recently sold and scrapped 18 vessels from their laid up fleet in Bourg, Louisiana. Marcon International, in conjunction with Bellem Marine Bureau, was able to assist in the sale of three vessels to both Caribbean and Central American buyers. In a two vessel deal, Arcemont Tide and Gulf Fleet No. 303 (ex- Rebel Brio 1982, ex- Golden Girl 1981) were sold to Panamanian interests who plan to renovate the vessels for further trading. The Arcemont Tide is a straight supply vessel built in 1982 at Atlantic Marine, Florida; is 180 LOA and 40 Beam and comes with a 110 x 29 aft deck. In the engine room, 2 CAT D399 s generate 2250BHP driving twin propellers. The Gulf Fleet No. 303 is a similar 180 x 40 Beam unit built in 1981 at Moss Point Marine. The vessel comes with slightly larger deck of 110 x 30 deck but comes powered with 2 x EMD engines producing 3000BHP again driving two fixed pitch propellers. The vessel also has a 300BHP Bow thruster. The third vessel sold was Sara Tide (ex- Brazos Moon 1994) a 186 LOA x 36 straight supply vessel with a 122 x 29 clear deck. The vessel comes powered with 2 x CAT 3512TA engines producing just over 2000BHP via 2 fixed pitch propellers. The new owners will take her to a Caribbean shipyard for an overhaul before working the unit in the island cargo trades. The photo at right is of the Sara Tide. Marcon International, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful sale of the U.S. Flag mini-cruise catamaran vessel "Executive Explorer" at Federal Marshal Sale in Seattle, WA. The vessel was sold at US Marshal sale as a result of the bankruptcy of Glacier Cruise Lines and the subsequent liquidation of the assets thereof. The all aluminum overnight passenger cruise vessel (built by Nichols Bros. Boat Builders of Whidbey Island, WA) has traded in Hawaii, SE Alaska and on the US West Coast since being delivered in 1986. She was extensively rebuilt in 2005 (re-powered, and interior refurbished) and will be entering the new Owner's service shortly. Her main details are as follows: 104' / 95.9' x 36.9' x 10.8' depth with 8.0' loaded draft. US Flag. G/NRT - 93/63. 2 x CUMMINS (KTA38M2) with 2700BHP driving ZF 4540 (3:1) reduction gears to twin fixed pitch propellers (53" x 52"). ME's and gears new in 2005. Speed - abt. 16-18 knots. 49 overnight passengers in 24 cabins, with quarters for 18 crew / Full galley / Dining room, etc.

Harpac Equipment Leasing, Inc. of Tukwila, WA is glad to report the sale of the ABS Classed, 300 x 90 x 18.5 Ocean Deck Barge Delaware Trader, to private US interests. The barge entered service in early 1983 and is heavily reinforced, with three (3) longitudinal bulkheads and deck strength of 2000# / sq ft. and can carry up to 236 FEU s stacked four high. She was fitted with 20 bin walls and at one time had a convertible top and has carried a wide variety of cargos around the world. In early 2006 she went through drydocking and renewed her ABS class rating. She was last employed in the container trade working between the US Gulf and the Caribbean. Marcon sold this barge to the Seller in 1989. Marcon acted as sole broker in this transaction. Tidewater Marine Service, Inc. has sold their Marshall Islands flag AHTS "Oil Trojan" to private buyers. "Oil Trojan" was built in 1983 by Sing Koon Seng Shipyard in Singapore with principal dimensions of 201' x 43' x 17' and a loaded draft of 14.8' on 1,542 long tons deadweight. Two Yanmar 8Z280-ET main engines produce 4800 BHP driving twin variable pitch propellers in kort nozzles for an estimated 55 metric tons bollard pull. She is fitted with an Intercon double-drum waterfall towing winch rated at 220,400lbs. line pull. New owners will promptly reactivate and recertify her with ABS. Marcon acted as sole broker in the transaction. Campbell Leasing, LLC Wrangell, AK has sold its 6,000 DWT ocean deck barge "W.J. Carbon" (312' x 68' x 19' depth and about 14.5' loaded draft at her ABS Loadline capacity) to Pacific Cachalot, Ltd., of Campbell River, BC. The barge (built 1969 by Gunderson in Portland, OR) is set up as a chip barge with a 4" reinforced concrete deck, and 8' high side walls. She was trading with a valid ABS Loadline prior to the sale, but had been idle for a few months in Ketchikan, AK while the Owner sought a Buyer. The vessel has now been deleted from the US Registry and will be registered under the Canadian Registry for trading on the West Coast of British Colombia in the bulk wood products trade. One party of Caribbean based buyers frustrated at the lack of suitable tug and barge tonnage available in the Americas decided to look far overseas to find the tonnage of choice. After scouring the market, they eventually settled on the following tug and barge unit. From Labroy Marine, they purchased the Ocean Mercury, a 1993 built, 97.7 x 26.9 x 13.4 depth twin screw tug. Powered by 2 x Cummins KTA 38-M engines, the vessel generates 1880 brake horse power and 25 tons of Bollard Pull. On the end of the tow wire as the tug makes it s way from Singapore to it s new home in the Caribbean, will be the 2002 Indonesian built S Perkasa 1 deck barge that was sold by Sentosa Perkasa Pte Ltd of Singapore. Critical features of the barge include 240 x 67 x 16 that comes with sidewalls and a ramp. The 4600 DWT unit has 10ts/m2 deck strength. The two units will eventually be renamed Caribbean Tug and Caribbean Barge respectively. At the time of writing, the tug and barge were making final preparations for the 10,300 nautical mile journey via Suez.

Harrison Dock Builders of Harrison, Idaho have purchased the tug Wenaha (ex- A-Team ) a 52' x 14' x 6.5' twin screw, model bow push boat from Alaska Workboats on private terms. She was built of all welded steel in 1951 at Thompson Metal Fabricators in Portland, OR and a rebuild in 2004 included addition of a new roof over an expanded cabin, new engine and exhaust system. She is well fendered for harbor work with a single push knee on her stem with port and starboard mounted wire winches. Power provided by 2 x GM 6-71's she has worked inland rivers and the Homer's harbor for the last several years. The new Owner is making plans to ship the vessel overland back to Idaho to work in Coeud' Alene Lake and her inland river system. This is the third vessel sold to this same Buyer. Marcon acted as the sole broker in this transaction. Eastern Canada Towing Ltd of Halifax, part of the Svitzer Wijsmuller Group has recently finalized the sale of three of its 1960 s built, Canadian flagged, Ice Strengthened Harbour / Coastal tugs to McKeil Marine Ltd, of Hamilton, Canada on private terms. The three tugs that were sold as an en-bloc package were the singles screws Point Vim and Point Vigour (ex- Foundation Vigour ) and the twin screwed Point Vibert. The Point Vim s key dimensions include 98.4' x 27.88' x 12.13' draft and was built in 1963 at Davie Shipbuilding, Quebec. Powered by one Fairbanks Morse, her single screw produces about 26ts Bollard pull. Most details are similar for the Point Vigour as the Point Vim, except she was built a year earlier in 1962. The odd one out being the Point Vibert was built to Lloyds Register in the UK by Appledore in 1961 and is driven by two Fairbanks Morse generating 1334 BHP at 750RPM. The Vibert s dimensions are essentially the same as the Vim and the Vigour. Marcon acted as sole broker in this transaction. Marcon is pleased to announce the sale of the utility - supply vessel "Rio Salaqui" (ex- Drangur ) from private So. American interests. The vessel, which measures 120' x 33.5' x 14.7' depth with about 9.0' loaded draft was built as one of seven or eight sister vessels at Galatz Shipyard in Romania in 1981. She was built to IACS rules for hull and machinery and she was formerly ABS Classed when sold from Europe to So. America in the 1990's. She was trading under local Maritime Authority at the time of the sale. Her DWT is 628mt, and she has a very large clear deck space of 94.5' x 32' with a deck load of 250mt. She was extensively rebuilt by the Seller in 1998 when she was also re-powered with 2 x CAT 3406B's @ 680BHP total, driving twin FPP via TwinDisc 5.16:1 reduction gears. Electrical power comes from 2-60kW gensets (GM4-71 diesel power), and 1-25kW / Perkins emergency Genset. Her overall liquid capacities of 61.8mt FO, 41.2mt FW and 309mt of Ballast Water, and she can discharge FW at about 65 cbm / hr. The vessel is also unique in that she has a hold space (28' x 32') below the after deck for under deck storage. The vessel has quarters for 5 crew and 9 passengers. Stone Oil Distributors of Gretna, Louisiana recently completed the acquisition of the Sandusky, the 1980 built 3000bhp twin screw tug from Laken Shipping Corporation of Cleveland on private terms. The Sandusky (ex- Frank Palladino, ex- Lady Ida ) was built at Modern Marine at Houma in Louisiana, and will be returning to that part of the world after her delivery trip from the Great Lakes. Powered by CAT 3512B engines driving 2 fixed pitch props, the unit underwent extensive engine room and associated works whilst in the Laken s ownership last year, including new engines, new reversing gearboxes, new shafts and propellers. The US flagged, Jones Act compliant 100 x32 x11 x12.45 (LxBxDxDft) vessel is to be renamed Stone Explorer when she arrives back in the Gulf. Moby Marine of Ft. Pierce, FL has bare boat chartered to Harbor Svcs. LLC., the ocean hopper barge, Conner for a period of 7 mos. with options to extend. Charterers will employ the barge to carry aggregate cargoes on the Eastern Seaboard. The barge is the ex- Energy 9801, a former double-bottom, single sided tank barge that Moby converted to dry bulk service in 2005. Barge dimensions are 390x68x29 ft and capacity is about 12,000 dwt. Marcon International, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the integrated tug and barge Jane Ann IV and Sarah Spencer from Halifax Grain Elevator Limited to private buyers. The Canadian flagged, 594 x 72.2 x 40 depth, 22,105dwt Sarah Spencer (ex- Sea Barge One, ex- Captain E. V. Smith, ex- Adam E. Cornelius ) was originally built as a 26,800dwt, Great Lakes, selfunloading bulk carrier for American Steamship in 1959 by Manitowoc Shipbuilding Co., Manitowoc, WI. as Hull 424. She traded for many years under U.S. flag until sold to Canadian buyers in 1989 who renamed her Captain E.V. Smith. At the time of purchase, new owners converted and rebuilt the ship into a non-propelled barge for a salt contract on the Eastern Coast of Canada. Conversion included strengthening of the hull for ocean trade, removing the propulsion machinery & superstructure plus installing skegs and a notch for the tug. Captain E.V. Smith sailed between the East Coast of Canada and the Great Lakes until 1990, at which time she changed hands again, was renamed Sea Barge One and later traded under her current name Sarah Spencer. As converted, Sarah Spencer is capable of carrying about 807,514cft bulk in 6 holds and self-discharging up to about 2,000 tons per hour. The unloading system consists of two hold conveyor belts, one located on each side which carries the cargo forward. The cargo flows onto belts by opening horizontally sliding air operated gates in bottom of the hold. Near the forward end of the barge, elevated hold belts feed the material through transverse chutes to an elevator conveyor, consisting of an endless chain of buckets, elevating the material to hopper and chute above spar deck and then to the 250 conveyor boom which discharges the cargo onshore. Over the last few years the cargoes have been mostly grain, iron ore pellets and stone.

After being towed and pushed by various tugs through the years ranging from about 7,000 to 13,000BHP, in 1992 the 8,000BHP Canadian flagged tug Jane Ann IV (ex- Tignish Sea, ex- Bomare, ex- Ouro Fino ) was selected to push Sarah Spencer. The 150, ABS classed tug was originally built, along with an identical sister-tug, in 1978 by Mitsui Engineering Fuginaga of Osaka, Japan for Maersk Brasil (Brasmar) Ltda. as an oceangoing, anchor handling tug on charter to Petrobras. Tug is powered by a pair of Pielstick 8PC221 diesels connected to variable pitch props in kort nozzles. When Jane Ann IV was purchased to push Sarah Spencer she was fitted with a Bark River articulated pin-type connection system to engage with the barge s notched stern by means of a pair of hydraulic rams projecting from the sides of the tug s bow locking into receptacles in the barge. Total combined length of the unit is about 650. Marcon acted as sole broker in the transaction. Marcon International, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the twin screw tug Island Brave (ex Cascade ) from Island Tug and Barge Co., Seattle, WA to private US West Coast interests.
