EDENARC 1800 SAVOIE, FRANCE Paradiski is one of the most popular ski areas amid the summits of the French Alps. Edenarc 1800 (the number refers to its altitude) is a multiphase project with panoramic views of Mont Blanc and the Haute Tarentaise Valley. We conquered the steep mountain slope as well as incorporating sweeping vistas of snow-capped peaks. This unique property is situated between the blue waters of Georgian Bay and the village and golf course at Blue Mountain. The overall plan included a small commercial village, inland bay with boat access, beaches, timeshares, Nordic ski trails, a destination spa, wooded skating trails, and more. PARQ RESORT & CASINO VANCOUVER, CANADA The PARQ Resort and Casino is a unique lifestyle and entertainment complex in Vancouver s social hub. Attached to BC Place Stadium and adjacent to Rogers Arena, PARQ Resort and Casino is exposed to their over 2,000,000 visitors per year. Slated to open in Fall, 2017, this exceptional urban resort offers a blend of gaming, lodging, spa, food & beverage experience and convention facilities to the North American and Pacific Rim markets. The project was formed as a joint venture between Paragon Gaming Corporation and Dundee 360, and will be managed by both companies upon completion. FAIRMONT THE QUEEN ELIZABETH HOTEL MONTREAL, CANADA In July 2016, the city s premier hotel closed its doors to undergo a $140M transformation of the almost 1,000-room Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in downtown Montréal. The renovation is a full-scale initiative, from basement to rooftop. Montréal s most iconic hotel will transform into one of the most technologically advanced and innovative hotels in North America, all while preserving its vintage flair and heritage building. The hotel plans to reopen its doors in July of 2017 to coincide with Montréal s 375 th anniversary celebration and the 150 th Anniversary of Canadian Confederation.
