BSE International Convention Hall The Bombay Stock Exchange building is one of the most iconic structures in Mumbai and represents India s financial strength across the world as it is one of the most shown-indian structures on a global scale. The Rotunda building that houses the International Convention Hall (ICH) is unique as it used to be trading floor of the exchange almost two decades back, before trading went fully electronic. Having seen a lot of action over decades, today it is one the best known landmarks in Mumbai financial district. Uniquely round-shaped from the outside, the tall ceiling of the hall compares to that of a large temple structure. Large enough to house a crowd of a thousand people, with marvelous interiors, there is an ambience of a reverence and timelessness. Witness to more events than any one can possibly see in a lifetime, it is an honor to speak within the hallowed walls of this institution. The International Convention Hall is today one of the largest, centrally-located and wellequipped facilities in Mumbai s downtown area. As most of the financial and corporate powerhouses are also located in the vicinity, the ICH becomes a prime venue for hosting any significant event. 3

BSE Bull Gate Entrance This is the Rotunda entrance of the BSE The gateway to the International Convention Centre situated on the 1st floor of the BSE building. The awning maybe used to welcome the dignitaries to the convention as well as for announcing the event. 4

BSE International Convention Hall Credentials The International Convention hall is located in the heart of India's financial business district. Located in the BSE Building, the International Convention Hall can be easily reached from Churchgate or CST (VT) railway stations. The BSE building enjoys proximity to the bustling business district of Mumbai including Nariman Point, Flora Fountain and Fort. 5

Facilities The ICH is well-equipped with all modern amenities which a Corporate looks in a place for holding a Business Meeting/Conference etc. It provides state-of-the-art infrastructure, imperative for any large business meeting, replete with the following: 600 Chairs Dias Podium LED Screens (30 ft X 15 ft) 6 Side LCD screens 1 Front LCD monitor Internet Connectivity Private Hall for Serving Breakfast/Lunch/High Tea High end Audio Systems 6

Dias View The Dias: can easily accommodate 10-14 dignitaries. The inaugural lamp lighting ceremony can also be carried out in front of the Dias. The LED screen serves as a eye catching point and can be used to highlight the company's logo, Live Video Camera output, Audio Visual and E-banner. 7

Seating Arrangement A view of the International Convention Hall with massive seating capacity. The International Convention Hall is circularly arrayed with a capacity of around 600 700 persons in theatre style seating. The International Convention Centre boasts of plush seating arrangements and floor to floor carpeting which add to the rich and dignified ambience. 8

The Podium The wood paneled podium in its entire splendor and grandeur provides an aesthetic platform for speakers and has microphone installed within it. 9

LCD Screens LCD Screens: The International Convention Hall has 6 LCD Screens, 3 on each side of the wall. These LCDs can be used to display the AV, TVCs, PPT etc. Connectivity: The content is played from a computer so almost all the contents can be played. It is mandatory to provide the content 2 days prior to the event. 10

LED Screen LED Screens: The stage of the art 30 X 15 Ft LED screen has been installed for viewing convenience of the audience. The screen can be used for video display, presentations, displaying banner and live camera output (Video camera to be arranged by the organisers) Connectivity is provided for laptops and desktops along with high-end audio visual systems. 11
