WELCOME On behalf of the local organizing committee, we would like to extend an invitation for you to join us for the 39th Canadian Radiation Protection Association Annual Conference to be held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada from June 5 th to June 7 th, 2017. The Conference will include invited guest presentations on both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, contributed papers spanning the full range of health physics and radiation protection, professional development courses and exhibitors displays. WHO WILL ATTEND? Radiation Safety professionals representing universities, hospitals, uranium mining and refining industries, nuclear power plants, radiation safety consulting, and government agencies (federal, provincial and territorial). CRPA members are the expert voice of Canadian radiation safety professionals both nationally and internationally covering both ionizing (e.g., X-rays, radioactivity) and non-ionizing radiation (e.g., lasers, microwaves). BREAKS & LUNCH Drinks and food for breaks will be provided for delegates by the Connections Café. The Connections Café is a unique centralized break area located on the conference level next to the exhibitor booths. Small and fresh items are at your fingertips and available all day long. STORAGE The Florence room is available to store exhibitor materials overnight or during times when the booth is left unattended. Security will be provided to ensure the safety of exhibitor materials.
