JGN2 Summary -JGN2is National Project which is based on National IT policy e- Japan strategy and u-japan strategy. - JGN2 is owned and operated by NICT (National Institute of Information and Communications Technology), which is the only public organization in the field of ICT. - JGN2 is high-speed open testbed network for R&D activities and field trails for many kinds of applications. - JGN2 has been promoting in collaboration with the industry, the academia, the government and regional organizations.
