2. NAV Lean & Aeronautical Data Management (ADM) 2011-12 ADM Core Team Meetings Feb 2012 Executive Action Group approval January 2015 Airports GIS becomes Authoritative Source for all Survey data including FAA Tech Ops Surveys September 30, 2015 Airports GIS becomes the Airports Data Authoritative source and Airports the Custodian 5
Airport View of 5010 data in AGIS 6
Displaying Safety Data in AGIS Ongoing initiative to identify and correct problematic geometry leading to Runway Incursions Developed a GIS database inventory We have now geo-referenced all Runway Incursion and Hot Spot locations for all towered airports (2007 2013) This database will be integrated within AGIS this FY to view, sort, or query on each airport map 7
Geospatially mapped locations 8
3. System Improvements New Servers required to Support Tool Development Dec 2013 Server deficiencies identified 6 year old hardware, partitioned drive shared with OE/AAA Load testing in May allowed 100 simultaneous users of 20:1 FAA Shared services will support new servers Hardware delivered in May Operational Date expected in August 9
4. Airports GIS Module/ Tool Development 1. Survey Module enhancements 2. Airspace Evaluation Tool - 20:1 SAV (Phase I) 3. Airspace Evaluation Tool Requirements (Phase II) 4. e-alp module quarterly improvements 5. Modification of Standards in testing 6. Cloud server implementation 10
Surveying Module Enhancements being done to be compliant with NAV Lean Over 1,200 surveys in AGIS Future updates to associated AC 150/5300-16, 17, 18 11
Airspace Evaluation Tool - 20:1 SAV (Phase I) Alaska Test started at end of January 2014 Revised several tables as result of test Completed 4 Webinars A beta tool including depiction of 20:1 TERPS obstacles without pushing data to FPT has been implemented for Alaska and Eastern Service Area Test of 47 airports planned within ESA using full automation with FPT Starting in FY15, we will start developing additional surfaces in tool besides 20:1 and GQS 12

e-alp Tool Quarterly Improvements Data Collection and data viewer is working well Printing capability has been improved 2 nd Qtr - Cover sheet, vicinity maps, line weights, runway table 3 rd Qtr Versioning complete, Set new requirements to align with new ALP SOP 4 th Qtr Update PDF Generation, Red Line, searchable comments, MOS table. APP added a contractor to assist with printing a user defined ALP product (rotation, colors, extra sheets, etc) 16
