Graham Ambrose holds an International CPC and is the Nominated Transport Manager. OCR is in the process of purchasing RSA Tours, a sole trader operating five coaches under a Standard National Operator Licence from a site in Milton Keynes, in the Eastern Traffic Area. OCR will continue to operate five coaches from the Milton Keynes site. OCR uses only its own locally-based drivers.
