How much of Alaska do you want to see? some of it?...or all of it! Celebrity s Great Frontier Expedition Cruise tour will show you all of Alaska's Top Ten Cruise Attractions. You haven't seen anything until you've seen a slab of ice hundreds of feet high crack off the face of a glacier and crash with a sound like thunder into an ice-blue bay! And you haven't experienced the real Alaska until you've sailed beyond the Inside Passage to encounter the rugged 18,000 foot peaks of the South-central coast and the glaciers that lie in Glacier Bay. Before your cruise you will travel inland aboard The Wilderness Express to Mount McKinley, the grandfather of all mountains, into the very heart of Alaska! Our ship for the cruise portion of our Alaska Cruise tour is the stunn i n g C e l e b r i t y "Millennium." The five-star Millennium is in the core of the new Grand Class fleet of Celebrity's super liners. Here, simply stunning architectural detail and impeccable decor delight the eye at every turn. This is a sister ship to the Summit, which we enjoyed so much when we did previous Panama Canal and Alaska cruises. She is unbelievably magnificent...with five-star luxury and service at every turn! Gourmet dining, quiet retreats like The Conservatory, the AquaSpa with its one-of-a-kind Thalassotherapy Pool, the stylish Martini Bar, plus Broadway-style shows, the Fortunes Casino, the pools on the Resort Deck, The Normandie...no attention to detail has been spared! Your cabin is beautifully appointed; your room steward is just waiting to pamper you! What a perfect ship! And, the best Alaska vacation combines a sensational Inland Passage cruise with an equally incomparable adventure by land. Travel to Mt. McKinley/Denali aboard Alaska s top-rated luxurious full dome rail cars and stay in its rustic and charming riverside wilderness lodge. Go fishing for salmon, see migrating caribou or Kodiak Bears and even visit Arctic Eskimo villages. On a Celebrity CruiseTour, you ll see more history, wildlife and scenery than most people see in a lifetime. To get twice the value for your Alaska cruise dollar, double the number of Alaska cruising attractions you ll see on your Alaskan vacation. Our Frontier Expedition Land Tour comes first. We fly to Fairbanks...the gateway to the interior, then we travel to Denali, continuing on to Talkeetna, nestled at the base of Mt. McKinley, plus enjoy three rides in our domed railcar aboard the luxury train, the Wilderness Express. We will also spend one night in Anchorage, before spending our last night in Seward before we board our cruise ship.
