National Market Report November 2015 In November 2015, the national hotel sample experienced a 2.8 point decrease in occupancy from November 2014 to 57.8%. The November 2015 average daily room rate for hotels tracked increased by 1.3% to $133.97 compared with $132.29 in November 2014. Revenue per available room for our sample experienced a decline of 3.5% to $77.40 in November 2015 compared with $80.19 in November 2014.
