With an 18-hole miniature golf course, sand volleyball courts, small boat mooring field, artificial turf lawn and lounge seating on the western end of the pier, Pier 25 is truly a playground for hosting unique and exciting events. Pier 40 Picnic House Greenwich Village W. Houston St. The Picnic House at Pier 40 is a hidden gem on the Hudson River. This rectangular enclosed Finger Pier is surrounded on three sides by water and features glass paneled roll-up garage doors allowing you to control as much, or as little open air as you please without compromising the amazing view. The space and location is ideal for industry after parties, intimate live performances and product launches. It features a one-of-a-kind carousel ride, skate park, and an open plaza area on the western end of the pier. Pier 62 has the excitement of a carnival coupled with beautiful views of both the Hudson River and the city skyline. Pier 84 Midtown W 44 th St. A waterfront retreat in the heart of midtown, Pier 84 is the perfect location to host large scale runs/walks, product launches, media events and corporate galas. Located between the Intrepid and the Circle Line, this area is one of the highest trafficked sections of Hudson River Park. Pier 84 boasts an expansive open area on the western end of the pier, a large lawn, interactive fountain, restaurant concession and the ability to dock large vessels on either side of the pier. Pier 97 Clinton W 57 th St. Pier 97 is the Hudson River Park s newest overhauled pier. In 2014 and 2015 HRPT teamed up with Live Nation to host JBL Live at Pier 97 with a series of ticketed shows with the biggest touring acts such as Lorde, Iggy Azalea and many more. Pier 97 is the perfect venue for a wide variety of special events such as fashion shows, fundraisers, food fairs, art shows and much more.
