Terms & Conditions 1. Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of booking by paying the non-refundable, non transferable deposits referred to below. Payment to be made by the organizer only, either by cash or ONE credit card. 2. If any of your party cannot attend the event their deposits cannot be used to pay any of the outstanding balance of the event cost. 3. The balance of the event cost is payable by the dates set out opposite. If you wish to cancel this must be done in writing to the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to retain your deposit. 4. If the hotel receives your cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the event date, the full event costs will remain payable. 5. Once booked, all accommodation is non-refundable and non-transferable. The hotel management reserves the right to move your event to a smaller function suite should numbers dictate. 8.
