Wrapper to Olney, Buckinghamshire, with an example of the GIBRALTAR ARC type 1 handstamp in red (1807-1831) and manuscript rate 2/11. As an 'expedited' mail there is no receiving mark as the mail was not handled by the Gibraltar P.O. but transferred from ship to a waiting seaplane by Bland Line tender ZAREENA.
