Park First 2017 Overview

INTRODUCTION Welcome to the Park First 2017 Overview We wanted to take this opportunity to update you on our year so far, and provide you with an insight into what s coming soon. As a valued Park First investor, you are an integral part of our journey to change the face of airport parking and we sincerely hope you find the information included in this update both informative and encouraging. Park First now operates over 15,000 airport parking spaces across some of the UK s major airports, including London Gatwick, London Luton and Glasgow International Airport. With a total portfolio value of more than 300 million, Park First has now been operating successfully in the UK airport parking industry for over five years. FIRST FOR LOCATION Park First off-airport car parking sites have been in operation for many years up to 32 years in some cases and they are chosen time after time by airport customers seeking the best service and location. FIRST FOR FACILITIES All of our car parking sites undergo a full refurbishment once taken over by Park First, to ensure they meet the exacting standards which set us apart from other UK airport car parking operators. We have invested millions of pounds in bringing each and every site up to the highest standard to provide end users with a premium car parking experience. FIRST FOR SAFETY The Park Mark symbol is the sign that a car park meets the strict standards set by the Safer Parking Scheme. This is a national standard to ensure UK car parks have all the necessary measures in place to keep customers and vehicles safe at all times. All Park First s UK airport car parks are accredited by the Safer Parking Scheme and we display the Park Mark symbol clearly to give customers the confidence to leave their car in our safe hands. FIRST FOR TECHNOLOGY Today s consumer seeks the very best online experience. With this in mind, we constantly invest in custom-built systems, the latest software and market-leading websites to make sure our car parks run smoothly, our enquiries convert to bookings and our users enjoy a smooth and simple journey through our online booking process. 3

Ifield - Gatwick - new tarmac & fencing Full refurbishment of centre - Skyport - Glasgow INVESTMENT INVESTING IN SUCCESS New barriers and ANPR system New camera booth installation Both Glasgow International and Gatwick Airport have experienced the most successful summer in their respective histories. Park First has seen significant increases in year on year bookings over the past five years, with our Gatwick car parks in particular reaching a peak occupancy of 91% during July 2017. During 2016/2017 each Park First car park has been closed for a period of between 8 to 12 weeks, in order to carry out comprehensive upgrades. This was to ensure our sites and facilities remain at the forefront of the airport parking industry and stay capable of meeting ever-growing demand from airport customers. Kitchen refurbishment Security CCTV upgrades CCTV pole installation Full refurbishment, security upgrades and installation of new ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) systems have now been carried out at all sites. Naturally, this downtime has affected occupancy. However, works which have now been completed on all existing car parks will enhance the customer experience, drive more traffic to our sites and instil confidence of good returns in the long term. New pick up and drop off centre - Glasgow New buses across all sites 5

ONLINE UPDATES ONLINE UPDATES OUR BRANDS AND PARTNERS Park First has invested large amounts of money in developing it s own airport parking booking engines and websites. Not only do these impressive, custom-built websites make the user experience easy and efficient, they enable us to attract and promote direct bookings, saving investors 10% off normal booking agent commissions. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS HAPPY CUSTOMERS Our car park customers are given the opportunity to post a review with independent review site, Feefo. We are proud to have received fantastic overall ratings for our car parking companies. Help Me Park 4.7/5 stars Cophall Parking Gatwick 4.7/5 stars See a snapshot of our recent reviews here, and visit the links on the next page to read all reviews. We have used Cophall many times over the years and always found the staff very helpful and efficient. Transfer to the terminals is quick and hassle free and their prices for parking are always very reasonable. This year we had a problem with our car and the staff were great and provided us free refreshments and a nice room to sit in whilst the AA recovery lorry arrived. I would certainly recommend this company. Steve S-R Cophall Parking Gatwick customer First time I have ever used a service like this and I would definitely use them again. We had 4 children in tow, the youngest being 2 and this just made the stress of going to the airport so much easier. Very prompt and did everything they said they would. Thank you. Miss Hazel Cragg Help Me Park customer Always (I ve used Help Me Park lots) on time, polite, efficient and friendly. You may find an alternative a little cheaper, but why bother; after all, all you want is to get there, get the car unloaded/loaded and go on holiday or go home!!! Never considered using anyone else. Mark Luffman Help Me Park customer Just good things to say about this experience, we have used this company many times and will in the future, thank you to all the helpful staff. C Winstanley Airport Parking and Ride Glasgow car parking customer It was very easy to find, you just drive up and the barrier lets you in no ticket or anything, we arrived very early 4.30 in morning there was a bus there waiting to take you straight to the airport - excellent. Ann Howatson Airport Parking and Ride Glasgow car parking customer Airport Park & Ride 4.6/5 stars See a snapshot of our recent reviews here, and visit the links at the bottom of the page to read all reviews. https://ww2.feefo.com/en-us/reviews/help-me-park https://ww2.feefo.com/en-us/reviews/cophall-parking-gatwick https://ww2.feefo.com/en-us/reviews/airport-park-ride-com We have used Cophall Parking for the last four years, this year there were 6 of us so needed to use two cars but no problem booking. 6AM arrival after a two hour drive so it s nice to have friendly staff who know what they are doing and within minutes we are on a bus heading for the airport, no stress. Return just as efficient, waited less than 5 minutes to be picked up, car ready and waiting what more can you want? John Jones Cophall Parking Gatwick customer 11
