Ifield - Gatwick - new tarmac & fencing Full refurbishment of centre - Skyport - Glasgow INVESTMENT INVESTING IN SUCCESS New barriers and ANPR system New camera booth installation Both Glasgow International and Gatwick Airport have experienced the most successful summer in their respective histories. Park First has seen significant increases in year on year bookings over the past five years, with our Gatwick car parks in particular reaching a peak occupancy of 91% during July 2017. During 2016/2017 each Park First car park has been closed for a period of between 8 to 12 weeks, in order to carry out comprehensive upgrades. This was to ensure our sites and facilities remain at the forefront of the airport parking industry and stay capable of meeting ever-growing demand from airport customers. Kitchen refurbishment Security CCTV upgrades CCTV pole installation Full refurbishment, security upgrades and installation of new ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) systems have now been carried out at all sites. Naturally, this downtime has affected occupancy. However, works which have now been completed on all existing car parks will enhance the customer experience, drive more traffic to our sites and instil confidence of good returns in the long term. We have used Cophall many times over the years and always found the staff very helpful and efficient. Transfer to the terminals is quick and hassle free and their prices for parking are always very reasonable. This year we had a problem with our car and the staff were great and provided us free refreshments and a nice room to sit in whilst the AA recovery lorry arrived. I would certainly recommend this company. Steve S-R Cophall Parking Gatwick customer First time I have ever used a service like this and I would definitely use them again. We had 4 children in tow, the youngest being 2 and this just made the stress of going to the airport so much easier. Very prompt and did everything they said they would. Thank you. Miss Hazel Cragg Help Me Park customer Always (I ve used Help Me Park lots) on time, polite, efficient and friendly. You may find an alternative a little cheaper, but why bother; after all, all you want is to get there, get the car unloaded/loaded and go on holiday or go home!!! Never considered using anyone else. Mark Luffman Help Me Park customer Just good things to say about this experience, we have used this company many times and will in the future, thank you to all the helpful staff. C Winstanley Airport Parking and Ride Glasgow car parking customer It was very easy to find, you just drive up and the barrier lets you in no ticket or anything, we arrived very early 4.30 in morning there was a bus there waiting to take you straight to the airport - excellent.
