Naples Big Cypress Industrial Park Project Overview - The Naples Big Cypress (NBC) Industrial Park is a three-phased industrial/storage project located 4 miles east of the US 41& Collier Blvd intersection in East Naples. The project the will serve the southeast corridor of Naples and Marco Island, both of which have very limited vacant industrialzoned property remaining. In addition, the project is located within a very fast growing corridor of Naples (see Addendum 1) and is just a half of a mile from a newly completed 6-lane segment of US 41 as well as to the US 41 entrance to Fiddler s Creek, which is the largest housing subdivision in all of Southwest Florida. The four phases of the Industrial Park are as follows: Phase I(Completed): Four Condo-Storage Buildings (Completed). Phase II (Current): Three Condo-Storage Building (to be completed) and Open Storage (existing). Each building will be approx. 8,600 sf with 7, 25' x 50' bays.
