FRENCH LIVE BAKERY One of the many highlights this year was the French Live Bakery Demonstrations and the Breakfast with a French Touch : All visitors were invited to have a taste of France and capture the moment thanks to the Eiffel Tower Photo Call! We are active in Nigeria since 12 years. Nigeria is the most important market in Africa for our company because it is the largest market by far. All the products have been developed specially for Nigeria. Lesaffre has its own R&D lab in Lille, France, that develops these products after studying the flour, sugar, ovens etc. being used in Nigeria. Our main target here at agrofood Nigeria 2017 is to create brand awareness, to showcase our new softener and to create brand recall. Yes, we are very satisfied with the quality of our professional visitors. The cross-section of visitors has been very good at the show.
