and grant a monetary contribution of $308,000 for the duration of the agreement pertaining to the management and activity program of the intergenerational centre. 20.03 Approve an agreement between Ville de Montréal, arrondissement de Verdun and Club de tennis Woodland for the use of the chalet and clay tennis courts for a period of one year renewable up to a maximum of 5 years until April 2016. 20.04 Awarding of contract S11-007 to Les Entreprises Catcan inc. for the 2011 sidewalk reconstruction in the amount of $452,792.18, taxes included, further to the call for public tenders S11-007 (2 bids). 20.05 Awarding of contract S11-008 to Les Entreprises Canbec Construction inc. for the reconstruction of rue Brassard and rue Gibbons (1 800 m 2 ) in the amount of $200,514.27, taxes included, further to the call for public tenders S11-008 (5 bids). 20.06 Awarding of contract S11-009 to Les Entreprises Catcan inc. to replace traffic lights at the intersection of Woodland/Wellington and LaSalle/Egan in the amount of $75,848.42, taxes included, further to the call for public tenders S11-009 (5 bids). 20.07 Awarding of contract S11-013 to Lignco Sigma inc. for a total sum of $78,469.91, taxes included, for 2011 street line painting, further to the call for public tenders S11-013 (3 bids). 20.08 Awarding of contract S11-011 to Construction DJL inc. for the reconstruction of rue Bannantyne between 5 th Avenue and rue Egan, and the reconstruction of rue Argyle between boulevard Champlain and rue Bannantyne, (aqueduct, sewer, roadway) representing an expense of $5,274,309.25 taxes included (amount of contract $5,120,688.59 and $153,620.66 for incidental expenses) further to the call for public tenders S11-011 (5 bids), conditional to the issuance of the certificate of authorization by the ministère du Développement durable, de l'environnement et des Parcs (MDDEP). 20.09 Awarding of 3 contracts (S11-003, S11-004, S11-005) for the development of parc de l'esplanade on the northern tip of L'Île-des-Soeurs neighbourhood to Les Entreprises Catcan inc. for Lot 1 in the amount of $550,065.76, taxes included, to Construction Arcade for Lot 2 in the amount of $1 444 366,08, taxes included, to Excavations Super for Lot 3 in the amount of $2,344,573.62, taxes included, for a grand total of $4,339,005.46, taxes included, further to the call for public tenders S11-003, S11-004 and S11-005 (Lot 1-7 bids, Lot 2-11 bids, Lot 3-5 bids). 20.10 Awarding of professional services contract S11-012 to G & S Consultants for material control, quality and quantity monitoring of the reconstruction of rue Bannantyne between 5 th Avenue and rue Egan and the reconstruction of rue Argyle between rue Bannantyne and boulevard Champlain representing an expense of $141,926.65 (revised bill) taxes included (amount of contract $137,792.86 and $4,133.79 for incidental expenses) further to the call for tenders S11-012 (5 bids), conditional to the issuance of the certificate of authorization by the ministère du Développement durable, de l'environnement et des Parcs (MDDEP). 30 Administration and Finance Page 2

30.01 Submitted by the financial resources division the borough's budget report for the period from January 1 to April 1, 2011. 30.02 Approval of budget transfers within the operating budget for the month of March 2011. 30.03 Submitted list of purchase orders approved and list of payment requests without purchase orders for the month of March 2011. 30.04 Authorize an auction sale of various items further to evictions. 30.05 Request from École Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix for permission to hold their end of the school year activities and close the section of rue Gertrude, between rue Caisse and the lane, as well as the lane adjacent to the schoolyard on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. (in case of rain, the event will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2011). 30.06 Grant permission to Société de développement commercial Wellington to hold a sidewalk sale from Wednesday, June 1 to Saturday, June 4, 2011, and consequently, to close rue Wellington to traffic between boulevard LaSalle and 6 th Avenue. 30.07 Approve the draft agreement between Ville de Montréal, arrondissement de Verdun and Le Club de tennis intérieur de L'Île-des-Soeurs pertaining to the use of tennis courts. 30.08 Grant permission to Association Moto-Tourisme Verdun to use, free of charge, parking lot number 34 on Sunday, May 8, 2011, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. during its safety day event. 30.09 Ratify the permission granted to Foyer Dumas-Patry representatives to hold a door-todoor bottle drive on four evenings between April and June 2011, within the sector of rue Gordon, boulevard Champlain, rue Moffat and boulevard LaSalle with the assistance of 6 to 12 year-old youngsters. 30.10 Approve a monetary contribution of $5,000 to "Musique pour tous - Musica per tutti" to hold a concert on Saturday, June 18, 2011, at Centre communautaire Elgar. 30.11 Ratify the request submitted by Mrs. Johann Guay, animatrice des sports et des loisirs, Direction de la culture, des sports, des loisirs et du développement (recreation and event division, cultural, sports, recreation and social development department) to the "Fête nationale du Québec" for funding to organize festivities within the framework of Scènes d'été 2011. 30.12 Grant a monetary contribution of $3,000 to Fabrique Notre-Dame-de-la-Trinité for an activity "Info tourisme Verdun" supported by the Comité de soutien pour la restauration de l'église Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs. 30.13 Authorize the participation to the Programme de soutien à la mise aux normes des arénas municipaux (standards-compliance upgrade program) of the central city sports department to upgrade the Verdun Auditorium and aréna Denis Savard.
