Record Keeping After completion of each trip on RELIANCE APP, the duty dispatcher must be informed with a telephone call with any additional information, if any. *DO NOT text the information* This is mandatory for all partners carrying work for RELIANCE LONDON CHAUFFEURS ONLY Please Note: All original car park receipts must be sent to the office at the end of each month addressed to the following: Accounts Payable Reliance Worldwide Logistic Solutions Ltd Regus Heathrow Airport, 450 Bath Rd, Longford London, UB7 0EB Failure to do this will result in the no waiting time being paid and the car park will be put in at the minimum payment Invoicing A statement is produced at the end of each month or within 7 days of the month starting for all trips undertaken for RELIANCE Any discrepancies must be sent to RELIANCE. Within 7 days of receipt, after this time period discrepancies will be accepted. Waiting Time procedure at the airports: 45 minutes is given complimentary after flight landing time All Accounts 60 minutes is given complimentary after flight landing time *Boston Coach Account Only* Call Reliance dispatch centre to have the passenger contacted on: 0207 117 6023 60 minutes if No Show of passenger Put a Call out & call Reliance dispatch centre: 0207 117 6023 90 minutes if No Show of passenger Reliance dispatch centre will advise of further instructions to Pull off or to wait further Private Jet Pick-ups; All Chauffeurs must report to Reception stating Flight number, Origin & PPR Number Suppliers MUST take a form of Identification when picking up from Private Jet Areas: Passport / Driving License. When taken on the runway to meet the flight you must obey, the strict regulations of the FBO (Fixed Base Operator) Payment: All funds due to the partner will be paid between the 1st 5th of the following month for work rendered in the previous month by BACS, (allow 2-3 days for clearance). Subject to Invoices received from the partner. For Example: All trips undertaken in month of May will be paid between 1st July to 5th July. Please note: without prejudice Reliance Worldwide is not responsible for your own direct debits coming out on a specific date, nor any late surcharges due to insufficient funds within your own account. We will make NO special arrangement or exceptions to pay suppliers early. Partner Rates: All work is to be invoiced to Reliance Worldwide Logistic Solutions Ltd at the agreed rates, as issued and/or agreed from time to time, in line with both our general charging terms and, where appropriate, any special terms which may apply to particular clients. As a minimum, partner invoices should include the date of service, passenger name and RELIANCE reference number. Where appropriate; waiting time should be shown separately.
