TRAVEL PERIOD Departs Brisbane on 2 October 2017 BOOKING ESSENTIALS Once your MyDiscoveries Voucher has been purchased the MyDiscoveries team contact you within 2 business days to request traveller details so we can complete all the elements of your booking. Please make sure you have your travel voucher number, traveller names (as they appear on their passport) and details of any special requirements (e.g. vegetarian etc). Once your booking is confirmed, MyDiscoveries will send you a confirmation email and itinerary. Your final travel documents will be issued around 3 weeks prior to departure. When you advise traveller details, you can also add on any upgrades, or additional packages (e.g. drinks package, shore excursions etc). These will then be billed separately. If MyDiscoveries are unable to book you onto your preferred dates, the MyDiscoveries 30 Day Booking Guarantee applies which allows us to offer you a full refund. We recommend you purchase travel insurance as soon as your cruise is confirmed. Ensure your passport has at least six months' validity from your planned date of return to Australia. Passengers are responsible for all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. CABIN GUARANTEE (GTY): Where your reservation on a particular cruise has been confirmed as a 'cabin guarantee' otherwise known as a GTY basis, the cruise line is accepting your reservation for that particular grade of accommodation or higher, rather than assigning a specific cabin number.
