Terms & Conditions 1. The Conference Manager reserves the right to reject an application at any time 2. Applications will be processed in strict order of receipt 3. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST 4. By returning a completed and signed form you (on behalf of your organisation) accept all Terms and Conditions outlined. 5. Details may change without notice. Please refer to the event website for the latest information. Cancellation Policy Exhibitors are required to pay a $1,000 deposit per booth when booking to secure a booth(s). This deposit is non-refundable if no further payment is made and an exhibitor cancels. A 50% refund of full payment including the deposit will be provided if a company cancels before the 1st of August 2018. No refund will be provided if a company cancels after close of business on the 1st of August 2018. Security Freight It is the individual companies responsibility for freighting all equipment to the venue, and to properly mark all boxes. Information about delivery times will be made available shortly. Conflict of Interest Please note due to sponsorships in place with ASICS & BDF, we will not be able to accept any other shoe exhibitors, and other taping exhibitors will be able display their products, but will not be able to distribute samples. The Conference organisers will not be responsible for any theft or damage of stands. However, every effort will be made to ensure the security of the Trade Exhibition.
