According to Zoning Bylaw 900, a recreational vehicle may not be located on vacant private property unless the owner holds a valid building permit for construction of a new dwelling unit or reconstruction of an existing dwelling unit. Placement of an RV on vacant land is not permitted and a fine may be issued. For more information regarding placement of RV s on undeveloped property, please contact the Village office. NOTE: The Canal Flats Fire Department will be conducting a controlled burn at the old sawmill site on Grainger Road on Sunday, April 8th. 7
