Marketing Opportunities INSERT Satchel Insert $2,500 (inc GST) + Supply of Stock Four (4) opportunities available As a Satchel Insert Sponsor you will be able to provide a promotional brochure (maximum four x A4 pages per brochure) or tangible item which will be included in the satchel received by each delegate on arrival at the Conference + Exhibition. All satchel inserts are subject to approval by Energy Networks Australia and must be no larger than A4 size (note pads and pens are excluded). Inclusions are subject to delivery schedules. Deadline and exact quantity of required units of stock will be advised closer to the Conference + Exhibition. Handbook Advertisement The handbook will be a valuable reference tool used by delegates throughout the Conference + Exhibition. Exhibition Packages The Energy Networks 2018 trade exhibition has been designed to provide a strong value proposition for all exhibitors. The packages for 2018 include access to all conference sessions and Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner tickets. The Energy Networks 2018 Exhibition will be fully integrated into the Conference + Exhibition program, located in The Gallery adjacent to the plenary hall and other session rooms. Sponsor + Exhibitor Guidelines Pricing All pricing listed is quoted in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. All inclusions in Conference + Exhibition design and print materials are subject to strict production deadlines. Registration Energy Networks 2018 is an integrated event and all staff in attendance at your booth must be registered for the Conference + Exhibition. You will be notified when online registration is available through the Conference + Exhibition website. Sponsor Full Delegate Registration Where a complimentary Sponsor full delegate registration is included in the sponsorship package, you will be required to complete the online registration form with the details of the attending delegate. The Sponsor full delegate registration includes full access to all conference sessions, access to the exhibition, satchel, daily catering, handbook and ticket to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. Additional Sponsor full delegate registrations can be purchased when registrations are open. Exhibitor Full Delegate Registration Two (2) Exhibitor registrations are included in each exhibition package (3m x 3m). Each Exhibitor Full Delegate Registration is inclusive of conference sessions, access to the exhibition, daily catering, satchel, handbook and a ticket to the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner. You will be required to complete the online registration form with the details of the attending delegates. Additional Exhibitor Staff Registrations Additional Exhibitor registrations include access to the exhibition, daily catering Wednesday and Thursday and the Welcome Reception. Additional registrations do not include a satchel, entrance to Conference sessions or the Gala Dinner. Please note the complimentary visitor passes are to be utilised outside of catering times only and as such may not be used for staff to man your booth. Public and Product Liability Insurance It is a requirement of the Conference + Exhibition Managers that all exhibitors have adequate Public and Product Liability Insurance cover based on a limit of indemnity to the value of $10 million or above. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties/visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition. Exhibitors are required to submit their public liability insurance certificate upon confirmation of the exhibition booking. To assist you in locating your certificate within your organisation it can often be found with the accounts finance departments and is also often referred to as Broadform. Exhibitor Protocol Each Exhibitor must keep their display within the dimensions of their exhibition at all times during the Conference + Exhibition, and refrain from amplified announcements or music from the exhibition display. Any items intended to be distributed from Exhibitor booths are subject to Energy Networks Australia approval. 19

Custom Built Booth Design Approval All custom built exhibition booth design plans must be pre-approved by the Conference + Exhibition Managers and the venue. Exhibitors with custom built booths are required to submit a comprehensive design plan to the Energy Networks 2018 Conference + Exhibition Office indicating the dimensions and features of the proposed booth for Energy Networks Australia and venue s consideration and approval. The deadline for provision of this design plan to the Conference + Exhibition Office will be indicated in the Exhibitor Briefing Notes. Related Events Sponsors and Exhibitors should not arrange competing events against any of the Conference + Exhibition functions or sessions and are required to provide the Conference + Exhibition Office with information regarding proposed booth and social activities. Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions for engagement as a Sponsor or Exhibitor at Energy Networks 2018 are detailed on the website and the online application form for your review and consideration. Agreement to these terms is required for the application to proceed. Make Your Online Application Now Simply visit the Conference + Exhibition website and complete the online form to make your application. All applications will be acknowledged in writing. A confirmation email will then be issued together with a tax invoice. Submission of the online application implies agreement with terms and conditions noted on the application form. Sponsorship and exhibition packages will be allocated in order of receipt of application and deposits received. Confirmation of Participation To confirm your sponsorship package and/or exhibition space, 50% part payment is required upon booking or within 14 days of receipt of your tax invoice. Your booking will only be fully processed and secured upon receipt of this deposit at the Energy Networks 2018 Conference + Exhibition Office. The balance of payment is required by Friday 15 September 2017. Any booking made after Friday 15 September 2017 will require full payment upon booking or within 14 days of receipt of your tax invoice. Payment may be made by cheque in Australian dollars or electronic fund transfer. Details of the payment options are included on the invoice. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be received in writing to the Conference + Exhibition Office. If you cancel a sponsorship or exhibition booth/s, unless that particular area of sponsorship or exhibition space is resold, the Conference + Exhibition Managers reserve the right to retain monies received. Any booth or sponsorship package cancelled after Friday 15 September 2017 will incur 100% forfeit. If the balance of payment is not received by the due date, the allocated sponsorship or exhibition booth space will be cancelled. 20
