GENERAL HABITAT MANAGEMENT PLANS: Decree 207/2005, which regulates the authorization of the installation and use of feeding areas with some dead animals for necrophagous birds of prey, and establishes a network of feeding areas in Aragon. Decree 34/2005, laying down the technical standards for the electrical air installations in order to protect bird fauna. Order of 8th of May 2007, which adopted the Action Plan for the eradication of illegal use of poisons in the environment of Aragon. OTHER PLANS: Law 15/2006, of 28th of December, on Mountains of Aragon: the Catalogue of Mountains of Public Use, publicly owned, that they must be declared special land that may not be built on (Art 19). Since 1994, three periods of programming in which the Government of Aragon established a set of agro-environmental measures.

ARAGON GOVERNMENT'S STRATEGY FOR THE ADAPTATION OF THE HIGHTENSION ELECTRICITY LINES NETWORK THAT ENDANGER BIRDLIFE Estudio de afecciones en ZEPAS: inventario, prospecciones y tasas de siniestralidad. Correction proposals for anticollision and anti-electroshock were identified and written for 197 high power lines and 839.5. km dangerous for birds, including the remodeling of 2.789 electricity pylons and the signaling of 3.172 gaps, with a planned investment of 4,643,052.

ARAGON GOVERNMENT'S STRATEGY FOR THE ADAPTATION OF THE HIGHTENSION ELECTRICITY LINES NETWORK THAT ENDANGER BIRDLIFE Collaboration agreement with E.R.Z.-ENDESA to progressively improve their facilities (2002-2005), with an anual budget of 150.000, of which 60 % has been financed by ENDESA, and with the support of a LIFE project.
